They were quick to provide my 1,000 streams on Spotify. Later, those streams were removed by Spotify due to artificial streaming. I’ve sent all the proof, asked for a refund, and they told me it was a Spotify bug and that the streams would be restored. Like I’m that stupid… I wouldn’t have had a problem with the streams being removed if I could get my money back. I paid and took the risk for nothing at all.

Unfortunately, I have had a bad experience with Snappic which led me to believe they are not real.
I set up an account with Snappic but after the account was set up and my card details were added I was unable to sign into my account. I kept getting a message error that my email or password was wrong and when I tried to retrieve my password I was told my email was not recognized i found this very strange. upon emailing Snappic and explaining what happened they did not look into the issue all they kept asking me was to update my account. This was after I explained I was unable to log into the account, I still kept getting the same email over a two-week period during this time the trial never happened. As far as I was concerned the account did not exist but after 14 days money went out of my account I emailed them several times to refund my account since I had not received any service from Snappic!!
When do I email them? I get an automatic reply I have reached them during out-of-office hours! I have not heard from them since the money went out of my account Terrible service and experience with Snappic I do not recommend them!

Customer service is very bad no response at all.

Good tool, has a lot of potential

We have worked through the set up across several social profiles and are thrilled with the time saved and the potential to help ensure that customers and other visitors are taken care of because of the automation of the SocialNowa chatbot.

This is not just any chatbot. The ability to use their templates either for duplication or ideation is really effective. They offer great tutorials and other resources to help get everything moving forward.

Everything within the platform applies to several social channels - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and so on as expected - but also WhatsApp, which is rare in this market segment.

The product at the beginning worked well, but now, after a year and something it stopped.

I test Manychat. Now i use SocialNowa I replaced ManyChat. Easy, Great FB Group that the owner is helpful with quick answers. The price is amazing.

A flexible multi platform chat bot that has reduced the learning curve to create and manage our Facebook bot. Very fast design to publish lifecycle which is what matters to me most and very easy to design and edit the flows. Recommended

IT HAS HIGH PROJECTION

I have had the opportunity to use Social Nowa, and I see that it has very good features, similar to other platforms on the market. I think we need to see the most attractive of the other proposals on the market and bring them to social nowa to improve them. There are a few things that need to change, for example, being able to turn bots on and off. Make a bot activate when someone comments on a keyword in an instagram story. I haven't been able to do it yet. This platform has a high projection, I want to test the proposal to use it with WhatsApp. Without a doubt, it is a tool that you have to have and wait for its updates, in the future it will be a great tool.

I have been using the tool for a while now and I find it great, I have noticed that it lacks some features of the two recently added tools, WhatsApp and Telegram, but I know they have added new features and the platform is in constant development, I hope they become leaders in their market. So far, I think I have paid for a good tool and at a very generous price compared to the competition in the market. I only have one suggestion and that is that I would like to find more tutorials on your YouTube channel, as such a complex tool with so many options to create so many chatbots needs to be explored creatively by a working team and a useful knowledge base. For now I am satisfied, I can't imagine where this tool will be in 1 or 2 years, I hope they conquer the market with new innovations. Good job.
