Fuming!!!! Don’t know who this company is or how they got hold of my bank details but they have taken two payments of £32.50 from my account and will only refund me for one!!! Disgusting attitude from the customer service department, could not give a cow that they are stealing from innocent people!!! Be careful!!!! Why would anyone use this kind of company when their are honest reliable companies out there, such as CLEAR SCORE!!!!

Dirty fuckking pigs taking money from my account without permission, I have never even heard of these pigs let alone given them my bank details, what a scummy world we live in with scum like these stealing people's hard earned money , £32 and according to there website it's a monthly fee dirty scum , already reported to bank , social point .co.uk scum.

Don't even know who they are yet they were allowed to take money from my account. Will be contacting my bank and the police

Had to ring bank as it set up a DD without my knowledge!!! Phishing scam???

Same as everyone else, set up a direct debit and took 14.99 out my account without my consent.

Scammed just like everyone else. Can someone please shut this company down.

About 3 weeks Socialreporting has set up a direct debit in my name. Not sure how they have gained acess to my bank details. I was notified by email that they will be taking £14.99 at the end of each calendar month. I requested them to remove my details from their data base because I never subscribed the service and cancelled the DD. Today they requested £14.99 from my account using direct debit again.

I have just had money taken out my account by this so called company I phoned bank they said it was direct debit which I know I defos haven’t arranged .bank refunding my money and stopping direct debit .total scum

my bank told me its a company called " PointSocial.co.uk " which did the same to me they took 2p authorization fee then for the next 15 days they tried to take £28.95 every day from my bank account , watch out for another company called " dgiviewpoint.co.uk " which at the same time did bank exactly the same but they tried to take £32.50. My bank Natwest said both compaines are on there scam and fraud list so becareful & be warned.

Took money from account without my permission! I have never heard of these people! Thankfully my back refunded and blocked instantly!!

Any transactions from this company will need you to cancel your card and any direct debit at your bank. Inform your bank, s fraud department. Phone Greater Manchester Police they are really helpful. Also call Action Fraud via Manchester Police. Your bank will refund you but you must report these SCUMBAGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Took £14.99 from my bank. Luckily I noticed it first thing and so could cancel it and have my money returned. I wonder how many they actually get in one day if people don’t check their bank accounts daily so after a couple of days I presume you can’t have the money returned. Scammers. I have never heard of them and didn’t sign any agreement. Bank has marked it as fraud.

Just had a warning of a payment via direct debit been made to these, stopped the payment. I know for a fact I never signed up to anything.
Total scam from some link on facebook, careful what you click on.

I call up to query that I have had attempts on my Natwest account for 14.99 a month. Told me that opted into their service on 5th December and quoted my email address....which was completely incorrect and refused to discuss it further and said it's fraud and I must talk to my bank.
I've got bank charges coming out of my backside now and I've been disabled since December and on sick pay and benefits so how the hell would i have opted into the service let alot be accepted for a loan when I'm barely capable of doing day to day things!.
I did have to swear with frustration as these charlatans do not give two s**** who they effect !!

Took £32.50 from my account offered a refund when i contacted them 1 to 5 days it's been over that and still no refund GET THIS SCAMMING COMPANY SHUT DOWN NOW! SHOULD BE ARRESTED!
