SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. Enough said 😡

If I could give 0 I would. This is a company of absolute crooks! They are commiting fraud. I contacted this company as I noticed they had taken a payment from my card. I had never heard of this company before nor would I be interested in taking out any of their services. I have asked repeately for a refund as effectivly this money was stolen for me. Thus far I have been offered a partial refund which I personally feel is a slap in the face. If I stole from them would they expect me only to give half back? I will pursuing this as far as I possibly can. This is illegal and they will eventually be shut down. I only hope to warn as many people as I can about them before that happens to avoid any more people having money stolen from them.
I have had to change several online accounts, cancel all my cards and I have even changed bank because of this. I am horrified a disgusting company like this is able to operate.

I have noticed that these people are taking £39.85 out of my bank who are these people ? I have never heard of them they need stopped these are scammers I will be reporting this to my bank first thing Monday morning

After having this problem twice before, I have once again been forced to cancel my cards to avoid these fraudsters taking money from my account. Back in 2018 & 2019 they consistently took £29 every month for a service which after speaking with them 'I had signed up to receive social reports', this is a lie. I never received any such guidance or help for these amounts and never signed up using my new details. Yet again have they managed to take £39 from me this month. I dont know how they do it or how they think it acceptable to take money without your consent but this is insane.

Theres no point in calling on the phone. Not only do they speak to you like crap, they condone the company stealing money from innocent people by blaming you. Absolutely disgusting.

Do yourself a favour and cancel your cards and report them to the ombudsman.

UPDATE: After failed attempts to get through previously, on this occasion I spoke to someone. They immediately knew my name by my number and I asked politely to refund and cancel and that's exactly what they did. The money was refunded by the same day. I may have been lucky but seems the phone is set up for these calls.

These thieves have taken over £35 from my card had no choice but to cancel it and order a new one also filed a case with my bank
I don’t use social networking so never would have signed up to such a thing they need taking to court how much money have they taken from people

Trying to take £29 out of my bank from a card payment I didnt make!!! Investigation needed pronto into this company!!

Discovered this scam company when my bank notified me of a £28.50 payment that had thankfully been blocked by my bank until they spoke to me. Seems they tried to take the money from 3 different company names, toatal scam. Needs to be shut down for fraud

Any one have a company called helpmediauk.com take £39 out your account? I fo not understand I have never hear of this website let alone visited it. Appauling

Does anyone know if the address on the website is where they actually trade from ?

Anyone like to help me I'm doing everything possible to have these people shut down more of us reporting the better. The owner john Metcalf has ceased being director apparently he hasnt as I spoke to him on the phone. Hes had numerous companies which have been shut down so wat I need from you guys is to call ombudsman call trading standards and report them to company houses their personal address can be found on the website to ;-)

1 star given because I have to write this review! Just noticed£40 charge from Socilascale.co.uk on my bank account. Tried to call them and email them, both are invalid. Called my bank , HSBC, they said they were going to raise a dispute and refund me this week. But they can't guarantee the next charge, if it happens I need to complain again. Also had my card block. Absolutely disgusting! I have never heard about this company in my life!!!

This company and their partner companies should be set on fire and their ashes jettisoned to the very depths of hell.

DO NOT even deserve to waste my time writing this - They have taken £29.95 out of my account for no reason , when called their customer service line I calmly told them it was disgusting how they have done this and they were a scam. The guy on the phone said I was Disgusting for the way I was speaking to him, when I did not raise my voice or use any abusive language. Just said in a calm manner how awful this is! Everyone be aware - STAY AWAY

Just had £29.50 taken today from social reports and two weeks ago £39.49 from save charts total scam!

Company called 'analysecentre.co.uk' just stole 39.85 GBP from my bank account. Checked out the website and they are a 'social reporting'' service. Never heard of them and have zero interest in their services. I've reported them to my bank. Clearly scammers.

Does anyone know if mysocialcompanion.co.uk is related to this company.as I rang this morning and they denied being related.

SocialReportco.uk has taken money from my bank account without my consent. I do not know what the service is for, I have no idea. I have not even been sent any log in details by Social-Report also. I had never signed up for whatever service they offer in the first place. Absolutely disgusting! If you notice that money has been paid to
Socialreport.co.uk without your consent contact your bank ASAP!

Like everyone, I had no idea I’d been signed up to this until they’d taken money. I phoned their customer service and after 5 calls I finally got through. Just leave it ringing and they’ll eventually pick up. The guy ran through the refund terms in 30 seconds (that’s clearly all his job is) and said I’d be refunded, so even though it’s clearly a scam, it was easy to get the money back and I’ve not had to phone the bank or cancel my card.
