Social work in cambuslang area are a joke. Wanting to keep families together they lie. I applied for kinship for my grandson as not seen him in over 7 months. Grandparents in Scotland according to them have no rights whatsoever. They denied me because of my past 22 years ago and my epilepsy which I have a close family network. They keep saying they want to see families together. They never gave my son and daughter in law a chance. My grandson went into care due to different circumstances. I wouldn't trust the social work as far as I can throw him. Now me and my partner only see my grandson in photos. Won't get to see his first steps , never got to see him go through teething stages. Only advice I would give, if social work come to you, get yourself a lawyer as the ones these days are literally flung out of college, and have too much judgement towards people. Avoid cambuslang and rutherglen social work like the plague as they judge people too much.

They failed in their duty of care to protect a family in their services and instead persecuted the parents instead of investigating properly all aspects surrounding the case.

Joshua Walters is great listener, he takes time to get to know his clients and understand their needs. He has a good in insight into how social work, social work managers, and local authorities operate. Joshua takes time to get to know you and is always very professional. Having Joshua as my agent makes me feel safe and well supported. Joshua is always available and he has a good eye for details. Joshua is easy to discuss any issues with and he is calming voice in a storm of paper work. I would highly recommend Joshua to all my colleagues and friends in social work.

Josh has been nothing short of amazing. He keeps in contact with me regularly and provides me with updates on roles available, he responds very quickly to my requests and actions them, he is very polite and professional and I have felt very supported whilst working with him. I have experienced pushy agencies in the past however, the approach from social work first and Josh in particular has been different. I have felt able to express my wishes and have not felt forced or pressured at all. A very supportive and efficient agency who are able to secure roles. I would 100% recommend their services.

Scott is the best! Really happy with the agency, especially with my consultant. He goes above and beyond in trying to find a role that suits, will chase things up and get back to me quickly. Always checks in regularly and has a little chat to make sure everything is going well. I found him more proactive that other agencies which ended up getting me a great role.

Scott showed great initiative compared to other consultants I had used in the past . He really listened to what I was looking for and ensured that role matched with my requirements. Once I started, any queries I had were resolved quickly and he checks on me regularly to make sure everything is okay .. I would highly recommend them

Oliva Yetzes was great she kept me informed every step of the way during my registration process. Stacey was also helpful. They both understood my needs and ensured I had an imminent start at my job. Olivia is way ahead of most other social work consultants . Sheis always good to talk to and is very informative about new roles. She is knowledgeable and professional and also great fun to spend time with as she has a ready sense of humour and is quick to laugh. The company have ensured I have been as well paid as l could be and have taken time to explain things to me
