Solicitous intervention

I sent some wine as a present, and the quick shipment preceded—without my knowing—the recipient's presence. Nevertheless Sociovino contacted the recipient to make sure the wine would arrive upon the recipients's return two days later.

Very good customer service

It was my first time ordering from Sociovino and the experience was so great because Dora, the person who assisted me with my order went way above and beyond my expectation and I did receive my order just in time for our event. My order was also properly packaged and all the items were received in good condition.

Poor gift card experience

I received the gift card by email but when I clicked to ‘view gift card’ no image appeared just text. This wasn’t appropriate as I intended to print the card for a gift message. When I emailed for assistance I received no response. I won’t use this service again.

Helpful guidance for great wine

Explained my non-standard ask for a small volume purchase. Did they tell me to p*ss off or go the extra mile? Well it is a five star review, so you know already. Helped me pick a bottle, helped me with the order and with collection all of which I deeply appreciate. Will buy top wine from them again.
