SCAM!!!!! Had £70 out of my account before I realised. No idea how they had my details. Going through the bank for fraud.

Unauthorised Direct debit set!! Never heard of this mob and have been taking a tenner a month since January!!!

Took £9.99 out of my account and set up a direct debit as well. Never heard of them before had to Google who they was and they’re obviously scamming people. Rang the bank and they’ve cancelled the direct debits. SCAMMERS!!

I’m furious that this is allowed to happen! set up a £9.99 dd on my bank account without me knowing! How are they able to do this!!!

Absolutely a scam ,I didnt even know I had signed up and will be taking this further ,always check your direct debits ,this companies practice is to basically rip you off and they need to be stopped everyone who has complained on here needs to complain to the FCA

Like many other reviewers, I have had money taken from my account by this sham of a 'business'. I didn't know that I had signed up for a direct debit and can't envisage a refund coming my way.

Fraud. Debited 9.99 from my account. I've no idea where they got my details from.

Set up an account with all my details without me having any idea and took £9.99 as a direct debit, they also refusing to give me back MY money.

I really don’t want to rate this company as the other review stated I had absolutely no idea I had signed up to the Direct Debit and they are refusing a refund. Shouts scam to me. The sad thing is myself and countless others probably have no idea you are signed up until they take payment so you will probably be reading this review when you are in the same position as I am currently. I will pursue the refund via my bank as the other review says they did. DO NOT USE!

This company deserves no star's but unfortunately I have to give one star 😔. They set up a DD I didn't even know about it. I have never heard of this company until now. My bank have refunded £9.99 and cancel the DD. Avoid this company, I'm very concerned they set up a DD without me knowing 🤔 how did they get my details?

Have no idea why on earth they want to relieve me of £14.99 each and every month. Luckily was notified well in advance so cancelled it immediately!! Go away you thieving barstools!

I can’t believe it 2 months in a row taking 9.99 from account I never signed to anything why are they not getting shut down

Just discovered a DD set up but luckily cancelled before they took any money out.

I have never signed up to this website Ever I called the team and the woman was adamant I’d given my details over when I promised her I had never. And she wouldn’t issue my refund I had to go through my bank and I do not have a clue how they got all my information. Hundred percent scammers.

Stay away from this cancer, they took money from my account without authorisation. Just pure scammers!!

This company took 9.99 from my bank this morning but my bank reversed it.. I find it very concerning after reading all these reviews that they are still managing to take peoples money.. This is clearly fraud and they should be shut down and dealt with appropriately...

Yep.I'm the same.Sent them an email to prevent them from taking anything in May. My bank will be getting to know about them asap.DD has not been put on my acc yet nor will it be. I received an email from them in early April but did not join up. Why would I ? I don't require such a 'service'

I've landed here cos I noticed a direct debit from these people on my account, luckily before they took any money I've deleted the direct debit, hopefully they can't take anything now

Same 9.99 job done to me.. just found out looking at my bank statements.. dirty! Why are they getting away with this? Governing bodies should have shut them down or something done to stop them scamming people by now!!! Look at all the comments, review's and complaints!!!

The person or persons behind this amateur website, knowingly prey on vulnerable people on Universal Credit, Disability benefits and single parents. They obtain your personal data, normally because you’re looking for a loan, then steal your money.
