I'm using socket labs from last 5 months and I'm totally frustrated with their services. No support, no direct email contacts for fast resolution. Even my plan for instant services. Sent10 mails to their support but never got reply nor ticket id.

I've been using it for years (due to the cost) and the only positive thing – some would say the most important – is the deliverability. Furthermore, performance has declined alarmingly, navigating within the application is a nightmare due to slowness, sessions are very short and interrupt when editing emails, leading to loss of huge amount of work, the UI/UX is horrible.

Probably worse service. They offer fake 40,000 free trial. After "sending" 4000 emails I downloaded csv with all sent emails. From that csv I realize that they sent only 158! Rest were duplicates. After I downloaded that file they just close my account without valid reason!! Avoid this is SCAM! On top of that when account is close all links are broken after. So all my subscribers got email with all broken links now!

A big thank you to Eric Davis for rescuing me after banging my head against the wall dealing with Send Grid, and really appreciate the support and help of Brian Godiksen from the support team in sanity checking our configuration and explaining clearly what we needed to change.

Since moving to Socket Labs, our deliverability has increased and very impressed with the very user-friendly dashboard and reporting tools. A genuine breath of fresh air and the support so far has been exemplary

I'm very happy with SocketLabs. Deliverability has been significantly higher than other apps I've tried. They employ specific strategies to prevent recipient mail servers from blocking our domain, thereby improving our sender reputation. Also I am impressed with their customer service. Their responses to my questions are always highly personalized and address my issues directly, not like some of the robo-responses you get sometimes from help desks. I would highly recommend SocketLabs to anyone.

Excellent deliverability for transactional and newsletter emails. The pricing is really scalable and the team really friendly & helpful in getting you setup.

I've been searching tons of tools that really care about their IP and mailing server reputation because that's the only way to get almost 100% inbox rate. I was previously using A**zon AW* and Mailg** and I decided to switch because they have one of the best whitelisted dedicated IP addresses to use that are not blacklisted anywhere!

Support wise, Ginny Lockwood is one of the best customer support representative I've ever worked with. Super proficient and always provide very detailed feedback!

mention Ginny Lockwood, Customer Success Rep for the fantastic online support which I received when I had a little glitch. The whole support team do a great job, always happy, friendly and very quick to answer. In the IT world is difficult to find a team who are happy to provide such tremendous after sales service. I highly recommend the program and the support given. Well done team, the boss should give you all a raise!

I have been sending out every-other-week emails to a high school alumni database that has a little over 10,000 addresses, and it is VERY easy to do using SocketLabs. Essentially I take a previous email I sent out, copy it, and then re-do it so that it meets my needs. Highlighting the posting of internet addresses and email addresses is quite easy. And the finished product always looks very professional. I would highly recommend anyone using SocketLabs if they are sending out mass emails to thousands of addresses!

Until an hour ago i’d have given SocketLabs 5 stars. However they have suspended our server for high spam content, when the same email has been sent out over the past 2weeks 7,000 times. They have also suspended over the weekend when no support is on until Monday afternoon as they are an American company. No weekend support despite their website stating 24/7 support.

Our company have used MailChimp and Constant Contact for our previous email campaigns. Though those products are good, they are just very expensive. We came across SocketLabs and we do not even look back. The services SocketLabs' offers are sufficient to getting the job done at a very reasonable price. Looking for an alternative to the others. Our company recommends you look at SocketLabs first.

SocketLabs works just fine for us. We are an extremely low volume user of the service, we use the SMTP service to send alarms from our townhome rental 1800 miles away. We have used the service for the last few years and find it dependable with little or no down time. Works perfect without a lot of overhead and "spying" like using gmail or yahoo to do the same thing. Great service!

Excellent service
We have been using SocketLabs API's for sending our email, for years now, never had any issues.

We have used SocketLabs facilities in perhaps a non-conventional way and have been very satisfied with the service. The only issue we have had is that some of the devices do not work with the SMTP server for some unknown reason. We use SocketLabs SMTP service to send alarms and status of equipment in the field to those that need to know. In years gone by this was simple to do with virtually any SMTP server you had a relationship with and some even that you did not. This is no longer the case. We are a relatively low volume user of SocketLabs but are very glad that the service exists because there are very few options available out there today.

SocketLabs works as a great backup to our AMS. Our AMS has a built-in email platform, but many of our association members don't allow the email through due to settings on their campuses. SocketLab emails get through! In addition, it is very easy to design & send emails as well as look at reporting. HI have used many other email platforms and highly recommend SocketLabs.

Before using SocketLabs, we continually dealt with problems of rejected emails, spam abuse complaints, etc. They helped us configure the outgoing mail settings to greatly reduce that. Their "suspension list" feature prevents us from resending email to non-existent or blocked addresses and thus reduces the likelihood of being identified as a spammer. The report of failed messages is very helpful at troubleshooting problems of missed emails.

Socket Labs has solved all my email sending needs. An easy-to-understand user interface combined with fast responsive and competent support must make this the best deal in the world.

good service

Overall it's been fantastic. We get our testing emails going on without issues. Once we move our systems to production the switch is 100% transparent.

I have never found an issue with it. It just works, it's amazing. The setup was a breeze and got it up and running in no time. Literally, it just took me like 2 minutes.
