I bought boots and when I received them the package was full of water. I tried to complain to the company in various different ways but they would not reply

The shoes are great. I would've given 5 stars, and may give 5 after I decide to pay extra for faster shipping.

I have several shoes and boots from Socofy and I love all of them. They are beautifully unique and of excellent quality. If you have a problem, contact customer service. They went above and beyond for me. One of the reasons I will continue to order from them is because of their EXCELLENT Customer Service!

Best shoes ever. I've got a few boots, all different and all most comfortable. Bought them online somewhere but that site doesn't exist anymore. Here in the Netherlands, the shoes are hard to find. Wish there was a shop. The leather is very soft an forms to your feet.

Always a conversation starter I love socofy and call them my kick a.. shoes wore them everyday for my radiotherapy treatment, they gave me so much confidence all the radiologists wanted them .

I absolutely love the Socofy shoe line. I have worn them for years. I have roughly 40 pair of their shoes sandles & boots. One of the most comfortable foot ware that I’ve owned. They don’t wear out, wear down, over stretch or discolor. Some of mine are at least 8 years old & you could never tell by the looks of them. I store mine in their bags they come with in airtight containers. There is no foul odor due to them being 100%leather & the fact I clean mine on a regular basis.I haven’t purchased any others in a couple of years for the reason of their price increase. I never pay full or ridiculous prices for anything that I purchase online. So I wait until I see the prices drop before I purchase. I would give Socofy 10 Stars if I could.

Very willing to help with an exchange after the size didn’t quite fit. Thankful for their responsiveness.

I have many pairs of Socofy shoes and they are all fabulous to wear. My last pair however I ordered under a different sizing but trusted that size 40 was the same as usual. Unfortunately these went astray but the company was very quick to replace them with a new pair which have just arrived. They fit perfectly and I am extremely excited about them - just love them.

Shoes in my size (10) and boots in a wide width that were still lively and fun to wear and that were comforatable! I wore out two pairs of sandals, and the velcro for the straps did wear out, but I put these sandals through heck.

I have bought numerous pairs of Socofy shoes and boots from Newchic. I have been pleased with the look, quality and fit of every pair purchased. Lately when I go to look for Socofy at newchic, their stock is low, with popular sizes not available and not a very good selection
Does anyone know why this is? I've never had a problem with my Newchic orders, and I'm not sure about shopping other sites because of all the horror stories I'm hearing.

I have 11 pairs of different Socofy shoes and absolutely love them. Yes, they are expensive, but so worth it. I am trying to buy more, but am not sure what is happening as the Socofy and NewChic does only have singular sizes now and few models left. Has the company gone under? 20

I bought a pair of Socofy boots and I absolutely LOVE them! Real leather, well made, are not falling apart. Not sure what these other reviewers are talking about. The boots are comfortable, which I don't say lightly as I have foot problems and LIVE in Crocs. I am quite happy with my purchase and highly recommend Socofy.

I would never use this “company” never received my order. Never got refunded. Literally the worst online experience I have ever had. My recommendation would be to run. Do not get taken advantage of by an unhelpful terrible business.

I have ordered 7 or 8 pairs of shoes from Socofy and been very happy with every pair. After a very wet winter, one pair of boots came away from the sole - the glue didn't appreciate all that rain - but my local cobbler was able to repair it just fine. I wear a size 41 and the sizing has always been perfect for me. I do have one of their denim print shoes right now, and after 2 years, the shoe is coming off the sole - but they've had heavy duty wear and tear. I loved my original boots so much that I bought another pair so I will have them for life!

I ordered a lovely pair of vintage leather shoe from Socofy and paid the price for them, they don't come cheap. I wore them a couple of times and the literally disintegrated, revealing the flimsiest of material. My husband insisted they were mad of paper.

Shame on you Socofy for 1. false advertising and 2. fabricating such poor quality shoes. I am so disappointed right now.

I love your shoe designs so much but the sizes for most closed shoes are too small for many Western sized feet. I've bought five pairs in total from Socofy and really only one fits me. Just too tight. Could you consider making your amazing colourful shoe designs in Australian size 12 and...ie, a US 12? European 43. The 11s you sell are just too small for my feet. More like tight 10s.

Love this company and shoes. Great designs and quality. I’ve ordered many pairs of shoes and boots. A few times one shoe was a little larger than the other but not enough to send back. Very unique, quality shoes for a great price. They fit my size 8 perfectly.

Ordered Socofy shoes from Banggood.com. Got the shoes and the color doesn’t match the website at all even if there was a “color variation “. The inside logo looks super fake where there is no “f” in Socofy wow!!! Maybe I should have ordered from new chic sonde Laurie Pringle is happy about her purchase. I’ve been duped.
Oh, I need help to figure out how to send these back for real Socofy shoes or who to file suit for sending me a knock-off of this brand. Socofy should reach out to these people too because their shoes are supposed to be good and I’m getting ripped-off. I wish I could upload the photo to you all.

Lovely as these shoes their sizing is all screwed up. A 39 can range from 7 -9. If you want to return you have to pay shipping to China. Buyers beware!!!!

I’ve bought several pairs of Socofy shoes, and I love them all! The styles are so unique, and on top of that, they have many styles that fit my wide feet, AND, they are the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever had. Make sure to look at the size chart though for every pair your order. Don’t just go by the size you normally wear. The size chart is always accurate for that pair.

These shoes fit better than anything I’ve ever been able to find in a store in Canada, and they are a great value.

I’ve got sandals, a couple different pairs of boots, and some walking shoes made by them, and will buy more.
