DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Paid £400 and then I was literally ghosted. No responses to anything and they don't have a phone number. Luckily I paid with AMEX so they gave me my money back immediately but I would be struggling if I paid via debit card. It is a scam, do not buy anything from this company.

If I could give no star I would - SCAM, avoid

I’ve heard nothing since placing the order, chased a couple of times. I’ve since contacted my bank and have had my funds returned

Truly terrible. The site offered 7-14 working day lead times but 7 weeks later, after over 40 emails requesting any king of update or acknowledgement (I initially asked to add an extra product to my order), I've still had no response. Have had to request a chargeback with the bank.

AVOID THIS COMPANY
Placed an order, company was a legit registered company.
Something felt wrong after, not the usual email etc after placing order. Contacted bank - too late for them to do anything.
I did manage to get some correspondence from Sofa-Concepts, but now radio silence, no sofa, and they've had the 14-21 working days to process, and 14 working days to deliver, and more.
I'll be gobsmacked if this sofa arrives but going by those who have received anything, its not sounding good.
Hopefully credit card company can get money back.
Trustpilot reviews are fake. There aren't and weren't 2400 reviews, wish i'd gone looking properly before ordering.

I wish I had read the reviews about this company properly before buying. The delivery was late. I had a problem with FedEx and the customer service from sofa concepts was awful and not helpful at all. After finally being delivered, some of the frames were missing, others rusty. The sofa itself is okay quality. There were also issues with some of the cover zips.

I have multiple times tried to contact them about the frames missing, they responded they would deal with the situation and have ghosted me now for almost 2 months, no response yet and no frames.

I would definitely avoid it.

Honestly, I would highly recommend anyone stay far away from this company. Placing an order means absolutely nothing, you will not have any idea about timelines and when they do communicate back via email it's just generic responses. You can't speak to anyone because they do not have a single phone number listed, after about 6 weeks you won't receive a single response at all.

Awful company.
Eventually delivered part of sofa with no frame.
Despite numerous emails we have never seen the rest.
Communication is none existent - they will never respond to emails.
To be avoided like the plague.

SCAM DONT EVER ORDER! I ordered a sofa and then cancelled it before shipping. They agreed and cancelled but never returned my money. I am trying to get my bank to sort this situation but they’re absolutely scammers, it’s been nearly 1 month of chasing for my money

We ordered a sofa from here and had two big problems.

One, only part of the sofa frame arrived. This means that our sofa cushions keep falling off and we can't sit properly on the sofa. It's been over a week and the company refuse to answer our queries about this. So now we have not really usable big sofa taking up space.

Second, we ordered this sofa as it had a 14 day delivery guarantee on the website. We factored in working days. We were told AFTER we ordered that this was actually a 14 day production timeframe, NOT a delivery timeframe. This meant that guests had to sit on the floor the weekend of the week we were expecting the sofa.

As per the 60 day trial on their website, we have asked for the sofa to be returned. But with their lack of communication I have a feeling we'll be stuck with this terrible sofa with only part of a flimsy frame. Never order from here.

Terrible company, placed my order 3 weeks ago and heard nothing ever since. They don't reply to messages on their live chat, nor to emails. There is no phone number to get in touch with them.

Customer service seemed ok despite reviews before purchasing. Sofa arrived I left it for 72hrs as per the instructions so it can plump up again. The base is really firm and the back cushions are not supportive enough. The real issue for me though is I didn’t receive enough metal frames to support the back and sides. When I’d contacted them previous around delivery they were responsive but now I’m chasing the short shipped items they never reply! Do not buy from them! You’d be better buying the same thing off Temu which let’s face it sofa concept probably buy the sofas from those and mark them up.

Ordered from them previously and product never arrived. Had to contact bank to issue a chargeback claim (be descriptive here). Got my money back.

Over 3 months of waiting with no product appearing.

I ordered a sofa from Sofa Concepts at the end of March, largely based on the advertised delivery timeframe of 14–21 days. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations.

Shortly after ordering, I contacted the company to request an address update and received confirmation that this would be amended on their system. When the 21-day delivery window passed, I was advised that bank holidays had caused delays, which I accepted. However, from that point onward, communication became extremely poor.

Over the following weeks, I sent more than 10 emails requesting updates, all of which went unanswered. I also tried the online chat function with no success. Eventually, after searching online for contact details and being unable to find a company telephone number, I located a mobile number and called directly. I was told there were delays with some parts, but no satisfactory explanation was provided as to why my repeated emails had been ignored.

For the next two months, I had to chase the company continuously for updates. At no point was there any proactive communication regarding the status of my order. Every update came only because I contacted them first.

When a delivery date was finally confirmed, a further issue arose. Despite having written confirmation that my address would be updated, this was never actioned. As a result, FedEx delivered the sofa to the wrong address. Neither FedEx nor Sofa Concepts could initially confirm where the sofa had been delivered, leaving me with no idea where my order was or when I would receive it. Thankfully, it arrived the following day, although I still do not know exactly how the situation was resolved. This was particularly frustrating as I had already informed the company that I would be away from the property on that day, creating unnecessary inconvenience for both myself and my neighbours.

As for the sofa itself, it looks good and is comfortable. However, the assembly was more difficult than expected because the metal frame components appeared poorly finished, with excess metal that made fitting parts together extremely challenging. Some sections also appeared slightly rusted.

The most disappointing aspect of this experience was the customer service. The individuals I spoke to were polite and pleasant, but the overall service management was extremely poor. There was no proactive communication, no ownership of issues, and no effort to keep customers informed. The entire process relied on me repeatedly chasing updates for over two months.

While I am ultimately happy with the appearance of the sofa, the ordering and delivery experience was stressful, frustrating, and far below the standard I would expect. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about ordering from Sofa Concepts and would not rely solely on the positive reviews displayed online.
