Absolutely fantastic service Sofa…
Absolutely fantastic service from Sofa Emporium. Ordered a sofa and chair on the 30th April and was advised on 6-8 weeks delivery with the bank holidays coming up. Received a phone call with delivery slot and the order was delivered exactly 3 weeks to the day from ordering. The delivery team, Matt and Simon were super efficient and polite. Really pleased with our purchase. Would highly recommend.

The sofa took longer to be delivered to us from when we ordered to today when it arrived but it’s really beautiful. The delivery guys, Matt and Simon were very friendly and made sure all is good, 10/10 for the delivery team.

Great experience and fabulous company to deal with
After visiting all of the major sofa showrooms we could not find anything we liked. Facebook popped up with a recommendation for a local company - Sofa Emporium and we decided to have a look at their new showroom.
Could not have been more helpful, absolutely zero pressure or being bother by pushy sales staff, only helpful advice when asked for information.
Ordered our chosen sofa from home after measuring up and delivery was arranged in five weeks.
Delivery and build company contacted us to arrange home delivery and turned up on time, could not have been more helpful and assembled and checked our new sofa set with perfection. All in all a first class purchasing, delivery and satisfaction experience and could not recommend this local business enough. Just great service from people who actually do care about their business.

Great service
Went into store and no pressure to buy but we did go back and ordered my sofa.
When it came to delivery they phoned to say when it was coming and no messing they came in the time slot.
Great guys who delivered my sofa , was mindful of not damaging anything, friendly and it didn’t take long to put it all together.

Brilliant service without being pushy
Brilliant service without being pressured, we were given basic information and then allowed to get on with it until we found what we wanted, we were then given all relevant details , again without being pushed into anything.
Both Helen and Neville were great and we look forward to getting our new sofa’s in a few weeks

Well worth the wait
After waiting (rather impatiently) for the Retford shop to open i was extremely impressed, i went in on the opening weekend and found my perfect sofa.
Very warm and friendly staff, even got a nice coffee while placing my order, they could not do enough for us.
Delivery was absolutely perfect.
10/10 service from start to finish.
Highly recommended, pay them a visit you will not be disappointed.
