I booked with this company last night for them to arrive at 5 PM today to clean the sofa. At 5:30 PM I messaged them myself and they said they were stuck in heavy traffic. They arrived at 7:15 PM, and I told them I no longer wanted the service.

I was actually communicating with them on WhatsApp, and my last message clearly said I don’t want your service anymore. They saw the message but didn’t respond, and still decided to send the team anyway, as if nothing had happened.

My time meant nothing to them. I’m really disappointed with this service.
