I ordered from what appeared to be a UK webpage. The cover came but was not anything like the pictures on the website. The colour was awful and it didn’t fit at all, despite me following the measuring guide.

I emailed to request a refund and was told to send it to an address in China, which I did. The parcel was tracked and has sat in customs now for three months.

I still haven’t had a refund and now I’ve paid £12+ for posting an item that hasn’t even made it back to the shady warehouse address.

Please don’t waste your money, DO NOT BUY from the awful company.

I would give ZERO stars if I could.
After waiting two weeks for this sofa cover, what I received was completely wrong — the size is fake, it doesn’t fit, and the colour and material are nothing like the pictures.
I contacted them multiple times for a return, and they’ve done nothing but mock the situation replying over and over with “I’ll send you the return instructions” and never actually sending anything. It’s been a complete joke.
At this point, it’s clear they’re not serious about customer service and don’t care about their customers at all.
Avoid this company at all costs if you value your money and sanity

Very expensive for what it is. I thought I was buying the set of covers for a 2 seater but it was just one cover. Don't purchase. Too much $$ for really poor quality cover.

I paid for shipping insurance in case of lost of items during transit for protection as they are not responsible if items got lost in transit, this is free normal shipping, waited 15 days before inquiring then informed me there is no stock available. Asked for refund and only refunded me of cost of item but not the shipping insurance. Replied when I asked for explanation, " can not do anything because transaction is closed." Should have done it before closing the transaction.
Giving one star for replying to my inquiry although explanation is unacceptable.
Advice: find somewhere else trustworthy, save your precious money that you worked hard for.

The company did not give me the refund after I mailed back the product to them.

AVOID this company at all cost, they deny they received the package and the tracking often get lost due to them asking me to mail the package back to China.

The product quality is also very poor. The cover feels like a sheet of paper.

Not only I lost the money I spend on the product, I also lost the money I paid for the shipping.

Avoid at all costs - these covers have ruined my sofa. Navy dye from the (clearly poor quality) covers has transferred on to my light grey sofa. I only purchased them in the first place to help protect the sofa material from kids/pets. Now facing a hefty bill for professional cleaning, which won't even restore it completely to it's original colour. No warnings anywhere about this as a possibility. No response from their customer service when contacted. Steer clear, don't buy a thing from this company.

Do not buy from this company. A number of issues have occurred. They charged me for shipping insurance despite unchecking the box. They do not respond to emails as I want to return the cover. It does not fit. It is far too big despite using the measurements.

Order two sofa covers and a throw.
Covers do not fit, not sure what measure they used!
The throw is smaller than advertised and and not sewn together correctly so the two sides don’t match!

I bought a sofa cover that matched the guide measurements on the website but the cover didn't fit the sides of my sofa. I spent £50 and couldn't use it. When I tried to return the order they said the return address was China. I looked into couriers and it would've cost £42!! They also didn't offer a refund just 50% of a new cover purchase which I didn't want to risk incase ot also didn't fit. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY unless you are 100% sure of the purchase as returns are impossible.

Wish I’d checked reviews first. The web site is go.uk but don’t be misled.
Having used their measurement guide we ordered 2 covers. When they arrived they were both too big & not suitable for use.
I was aware that I would be responsible for payment of returns but they do not mention that they have to go back to China. This means that the cost of return is ridiculous but as the order is near £100 cannot afford not to return.

I ordered two sofa covers and 4 cushion covers using their own measuring guidelines. I have a 2 seater sofa and ordered the 3 seater size) at a cost of £108. I also measured slightly over. The material used was to slippery to stay in place and to small and did not fit. I only opened one cover. I explained the situation and was sent a return address in Shenzhen, China! This cost me another £32! So a total of £140.

The Business is registered in Estonia
Nowhere does it state returns to China! I have sent dozens of messages regarding this which is still Stuck at the customs in Shenzhen.
Having seen reviews and pictures of the customs and sorting office I'm not surprised it is still with the customs office
I have the Tracking No from UK Royal Mail and for the Customs office in Shenzhen but they offer no help to contact the Customs office.
Just the same automated response
I am furious. I don't have £140 to lose.
WHY DO THEY SHOW UK on their online site?
Business registered in Estonia which is obviously where they are sent from
Then insist on returning to Shenzhen China

really bad experience. Bought a cover which was the wrong size (don’t trust their measuring guidance on the website!)
Like the reviewer below I was asked to send the item back to china and told I may only be eligible for a partial refund if I had opened the package, which of course I had to access the item. I would not recommend buying from these people

I accidentally purchased 2 sofa covers. Within minutes I attempted to cancel the incorrect order but was told it was not possible. Upon requesting a refund I was told to send it back to China and make sure it is tracked. It would have cost me £25 to do so and the cover cost me £45 with no guarantee of a refund - lost lots of trust for this company due to a very unfair returns policy.
