the order was to be shipped 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase. I asked to cancel the order. I bought it in another store and now I have 1 extra drawer for $260.-

I’m disappointed there is no customer service phone number. The color is beautiful but the couch is not comfortable, it catches a lot of lint, and the legs do not look too good as the legs are not flush to the couch.
I have requested assistant from PayPal to seek a refund.

No customer service, confused customer's order, but shipping was fast after 2rd attempts.

Received the table and chairs in perfect condition and in a timely manner. There was no communication from Sofafair beyond order confirmation and notice of pending delivery about 10 days later. I was wondering if the company was legit and was afraid it was a scam company due to lack of communication. Thank goodness that was not the case.

You guys did a perfect job and I just wish the product was a little bit better. Had a couple flaws but I can live with it. Thank you.

I'm unhappy because one of my sofas arrived without the feet. Otherwise it's lovely, but lower than the others that arrived with the feet. I'm not happy.

The two nightstands arrived in a timely manner and were well packaged. One piece had a spot missing some stain but I had some leftover stain on hand and it is as good as new. it matches our current furniture as well. The description said solid wood but I believe it is some type of wood product (that's why it is 4 stars) but I guess you could argue that it is solid wood then!

Mirror came broken sent emails (no respond )No number to call. I have a vanity that I can’t see my self in the mirror I haven’t received the replacement . When I’m going to get it ?

The piece is more beautiful in person than in pictures. It also arrived about 10 days earlier than expected. It was very well packaged, there was no chance of it getting damaged during shipment.

Dining room table came in when promised. Good quality. Very happy.

Overall great experience with Sofafair - I'll definitely shop with them again. My two night stands arrived fast (within 2 weeks!) and more importantly the packaging was great, very carefully done to protect the finish of my furniture. The only place where Sofafair can improve is better communication with customers - I placed my order, saw the charge in my bank account but didn't receive confirmation, paid invoice or tracking number or anything for days. I began to worry and emailed them but still no response. However once I heard back from them, the communication was good and they sent a tracking number and I received my furniture a week later. Overall good shopping experience!

I ordered a coffee table with storage from them. It was mangled when I received it. By that I mean the hinges were ripped out of the wood; wood was missing on the front; The tops would not open due to hinge damage. I had a hard time getting anyone to correspond with me. I stopped payment on the credit card I had used. They then called and said that they would refund my money, but I needed to lift the stop payment, which I did. They then came back 10 days later and said that they could not refund my almost $700. I will NEVER order from these untrustworthy people again. I now have a coffee table, which I got rooked into paying for by SofaFair, in my basement that is going to the dump. I contacted several professional woodworkers who said it could not be repaired cost effectively.

They shipped it right out. I haven’t but the furniture together yet but they seem to been a good company to deal with. I definitely would recommend them to others.

I was pretty impressed with the quickness of the delivery. The only thing I was upset by is the fact that I wasn’t told anything about the delivery itself. The website makes it seem like you have to be there to sign for the delivery so I took a day off work to be there to meet it. It turns out the delivery didn’t need a signature so I wasted a day off for nothing. The item came with a few scratches nothing terrible so I kept it. I think it is beautiful.
