Got what I ordered. It fits nice and works as it should.

Great products - super happy

I ordered a sofa cover in the hopes that it would look like the photos in the ad. It turned out to be too thin and cheap looking. I asked for a refund. I was offered a 20% refund. I refused and asked for a 100% refund and never heard back from them. I now see that their website is not working anymore and has a "opening soon" banner. I'm glad some people had a good experience but this definitely was not my experience. I felt ripped off having paid $75 for something that will end up in the bin.

Do not use this company, have made two orders in December 2025 and neither have arrived. Have emailed them with no response. Checked their website and it now says it’s under construction. Have put in a claim with my bank to get my money back.

Do not buy from here. I am letting everyone I know that this business is not real. you will receive a product completely different to what you ordered. I have had to go through my bank who has agreed they are acting illegally by not refunding money. Hoping they are going to take the company further to court as been lots of issues!

Order never arrived. No reply from sofa guards customer services.

I ordered a throw in colour ash and some sofa cushions also in ash, when they arrived they were completely different colours one is a very light grey and the other is a very dark grey, I decided to return the cushion covers and keep the throw, I've emailed them several times over the last month to arrange a return but there has been no answer, I get an automated email thanking me for getting in touch but that's as far as it ever gets, I'm going to dispute with my bank but really it's just easier to avoid dealing with companies like this

If I could give Zero Stars I would! They do not honor their guarantee or refund policy. They said due to taxes and shipping they are only giving 20% credit and that never happened. What a scam. The covers are so cheap. It's like a garbage bag feel and look. Do not buy!

I received my order and although quality was fine the colour was very different to advertised. This made them unsuitable so I emailed immediately to request a refund. I have done this a number of times as i haven’t received a response and the website states returns will not be paid without a returns number. However, they make it impossible to obtain one!

This companies support is non-existent, have tried to contact them about an order multiple times. No one answers emails and there is no phone number for support.

Awful experience, send 1 out of 11 items, got in touch, via email only, told me they will review things, heard nothing after constant chasing...
Lucky my bank refunded me

Size of cover did not match their website description. Have emailed 4 times now to arrange returns and not had a reply. No phone number to escalate. Avoid!

The cushion seat covers were are of a good quality and the colour is what I expected and I love them.

Awful product. I measured up and ordered the correct size, but it doesn’t fit. Nowhere near to fitting. Emailed customer service 3x times for this “30 day money back” promise but it’s nonsense so have now raised a dispute with my credit card provider. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Although the website gives a UK address, they are shipped directly from China, so postage is slower than you would expect from a UK based company (2 weeks in my case). This is not mentioned anywhere on their site.
The ones I received were not the same as in the website pictures, and were a flimsy synthetic stretch fabric, and aren't particularly well shaped (effectively stitched into a cube shape, which causes issues when you try to fit them to a sofa with arms).
There's no phone number, and I've been waiting for 5 days for an email response to start the return process. They advertise a 30 day "warranty" to return them so I should have no issues when they do actually get back to me, and in any case they should take them back within 14 days as it's a UK sale.
I'll update this once the return process is complete

Cover's arrived stained I have emailed the company 5 times and not had one reply avoid this company at all costs.

Terrible experience. I contacted them the day I received the covers in September requesting details for how to return them as the quality really very poor…….2 months later I have not even had a response! Appalling……..DO NOT USE this company.
