Sofia has been a great coach in the License to Lead program. She is talented in building a great environment within the trainee team. As a great facilitator, she is able to get in and out of the talks when needed, stimulating the interaction within the team. Her competence and knowledge of the topics plays a key role into that, as it creates high interest and focus within the trainees.

Great expertise and efficient in delivering her knowledge while keeping her session also enjoyable! Guys, no matter how much I love subject I usually fall asleep on indoors workshops - Sofia kept me engaged and entertained 😃 I felt like I am growing every minute I spent at her workshop. She is super spot on and really helps you to tackle your problems/limiting beliefs. Moreover she gives you tools, time and her attention to overcome them. I walked away with the profound realization that many times what holds me back in my career is that I don’t want my services to become too commercial - she helped me to turn it around and so I am now able to say I am can be authentic and still sell valuable and also authentic services!
