Jake the salesman was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything we needed to know

We purchased a sofa on the weekend. Jake was very helpful and informative. All staff were lovely and very accommodating of our two toddlers running around too. Highly recommend.

Store needs to repair lift for disabled access to 1st floor

Delivery charge was added after being told it would be free if I purchased the sofa in the shop.
So after the purchase of over four thousand pounds in the shop- delivery charges were still added!

The chap who served us was brilliant (Phillip) - helpful and attentive without being over powering. Very informative and covered off everything we needed to discuss before we signed on the dotted line.

Phil was excellent, we came down last weekend to look at sofa’s and ended up going for a completely different sofa than we originally planned. Talked through with us in detail, had so much patience and really good with the kids giving them colouring sheets etc to keep them entertained.
Lovely in the shop overall, such a good range of sofa’s. Answered every question I had (a lot) nothing was to much trouble for him. Thank you so much!!

I came to know about this company through a friend who had previously purchased from it. The quality and elegance are truly visible in all the products and this is a sign of the experience of this company and the very good treatment of the staff with the customers is worth mentioning.

It was very refreshing to be welcomed by Jake, given general information about options etc and then be left alone to look around without being followed or pressured by sales people. When we found a sofa we were interested in , Jake guided us through the purchase . Would definitely recommend Sofology and thank you Jake

Great experience from the moment I walked in to the moment I left! Dealt with Leigh who was a joy from the very first moment -really helpful, friendly, professional, really knew his stuff and the whole process of ordering was seamless. Fabulous range of sofas - I had previously browsed online so walked in pretty much knowing which one I liked best. Highly recommend.

Really helped with making decisions

Good selection of sofas. Absolutely no pressure and no one following you around, allowing you to thoroughly check out each sofa and come to our own decision. The assistant was extremely helpful letting me have swatches to take home. Once decided the assistant explained the process very well. So far so good.

Terrible service - paid for a sofa in October 25 expected delivery jan 17th have moved the date three times and still no expected date - they won’t refund us - told us we need to pay £900 to cancel - they have had our money for over 4 months and no sofa in sight and won’t give us a penny back
