Had a great experience when ordering our new sofas. Corey was professional and friendly and answered all of our questions. He gave advice where helpful without being pushy or going for the "hard sell". Hope we enjoy the sofas as much as we enjoyed buying them!

Staff left me alone and only gave advice when I asked for it. No hard sell tactics. Good selection of furniture with good range of colours.

We had an excellent experience. The staff were really professional and helpful. Highly recommended.

Ordered a 2.5 seater sofa & two armchairs. The sofa arrived with 2 of the same side, so delivery team were unable to put together. I was told they were unable to take them back as the depot was closed so I now have an unusable piece of furniture sitting in my living room. Spoke to customer services earlier and there is apparently a 72 hour investigation period I have to wait for before chasing up again, so I am now in limbo having gotten rid of my old furniture and not enough seating for my family and no idea when this will be resolved. Also ordered a care kit which was not delivered.

The armchairs are comfy and work as experienced in the store.

Also want to mention Wendy at the Coventry store for giving us a great sales experience (sorry that your name has to be associated with this poor review). She was helpful, knowledgeable but not at all pushy, she is a credit to your business.

Whoever is in charge of your logistics and warehouse operation on the other hand, at minimum needs some serious retraining.

Made feel at ease to choose our sofa, were available to answer our questions and eager to comply with our needs. In any point we felt pressured.

With a very pleased with the service that we received at the Coventry showroom. Many options were discussed and we were able to come to the best conclusion. It is our second purchase from this company as we were very satisfied with the first one. We’re looking forward to receiving our sofa in August.

Our experience at Solihull the previous weekend was as different as night is day, they were underwhelming and unhelpful. Basically they couldn’t be bothered….told us to just sign up to the website to place an order, no explanation about guarantees, cleaning, warranty etc. I’m glad we left and found Wendy @ Coventry.
We are looking forward to receiving our order and hope delivery runs smoothly

It’s our second time using sofology for purchasing a new sofa. As our previous one has lasted 12years so needed to get a new one. The team at the Coventry branch are amazing, took their time to speak to us about the sofa we were interested in. The whole process was so easy. They were so helpful and friendly.
