As soon as we entered the building we were welcomed. We were not pestered at all and had a good look around. We left to look at other places but returned to check on a sofa we liked. We left to have a think. We returned again and was greeted. We spoke to a young man each time who was brilliant. We chose two sofas and paid. Everything was so easy. A great experience.

Fantastic help with no pressure to buy

Rich was great and super knowledgeable and really helped us select the right sofa for us. Would definitely recommend! Also the sofas are all so comfy!

We are very pleased with the purchase of our new sofa. The quality and comfort are excellent, and it has been a great addition to our space. The service provided by the team was outstanding, in particular Richard, who was exceptionally professional, attentive, and helpful throughout the entire process. We truly appreciate his support and would highly recommend both the product and the company.

Vanessa was extremely helpful and helped us decide between 2 sofas both of which we liked. Our point of delivery is extremely challenging for the delivery of large items and she was very thorough in the checking of all dimensions so we could place the order with confidence. She was extremely pleasant to deal with.

James at Hove made the whole process very easy and was a pleasure to deal with. There was an extensive range of sofas in the shop giving us almost too much choice. James took the time to draw out what we were looking for, when we weren’t too sure ourselves, and made suggestions and offered considerations we hadn’t thought of and ultimately decided on the perfect sofa. All in all it very positive experience, both with James and the range at the Hove store.

James was incredibly helpful and patient. Friendly with a sense of humour and instantly made us feel relaxed which helped as I find choosing a sofa sometimes overwhelming. Fantastic salesman - nothing was rushed so we felt confident in our selection.
Fabric choice was a little restrictive and the complimentary cushions need to be enlarged.

There was a reduced rug which I asked colleague if she could help. She was polite and helpful. Very slow system to make one purchase. Not the colleagues fault.

Easy to order, quick and simple, very polite

We first popped into store on sunday 28/09 and it was busy! We were approached by Polly who was very lovely asked if we were ok and made us feel very welcome throughout.

We returned again to take a look on monday along with other family members.

Both members of staff were very welcoming and NOT pushy.

Store is laid out very well and the lighting complents the different sofas.

Polly helped us make our perfect puchase, and explained everything very well.

Overal very helpful, cant wait till they arrive!

We had to replace our sofa quickly. After looking online, we went to the store to experience the feel, size and look of the sofa we were considering buying. It matched our expectation and thanks to a friendly and knowledgeable member of staff, we decided to make the purchase.
