Friendly without crowding you and patient while we were chopping and changing our selection to get the end result we wanted, great shop

The two girls were great explaining everything i needed to know. And love the shop itself

Julie was amazingly patient knowledgeable and honest. She allowed me all the time I needed to try all sofas I wanted to and explained every detail and benefit of leather versus material etc
I didn't feel rushed or forced to purchase and she was patient and helpful allowing me to look carefully at colour choices and decide on the best options. .

Knowledgeable, helpful staff

We ordered our Sofa over 2 months ago and it arrived today however, the console that controls the Sofa didn’t arrive. We now have a sofa that cannot be used and no one appears to know where the console is. We were advised there is a huge chance they will have to order another sofa which will take another 10 weeks to come! In addition, when the sofa arrived, it is snagged - again, told they aren’t fixing it until the console is located in case they have to order a new sofa! This means we have a snagged sofa for the next two months.

We ordered a sofa on 17/10/25 and was guaranteed a xmas delivery I have been on the phone with them since the 17/12 asking if it would be delivered by Xmas and they kept saying it wasn’t in there wear house until the 21/12 so I phoned them and was told we would get a text or email today the 22/12 and to phone back at 6pm if we didn’t hear anything so I did and yet again was told it was not in the wear house and when I explained that we were told it was we were told to call back at 7pm and we we did it was closed so I phoned the Inverness shop and they were told it was not there so when I explained everything to the manager she phoned them and was told it was there in Glasgow and it would take a few days to get sorted out and she emailed them to try and get it delivered before exam eve as thats when they stop for Christmas so when we ordered it they said it would be delivered by Christmas guaranteed and if it’s not I said that we should get a discount but we will have to wait and see if they keep there promise or they just do that for people to buy a new sofa
