Really helpful team at the Ipswich branch; visited several times before choosing the sofa and all the team were helpful, polite and answered all my questions with our rushing or pressurising me. Would recommend them to anyone.

Friendly efficient service. Visited 10 days ago. Enjoyed my visit as very informative without being pushy. All completed today and everything explained well all questions answered. All great Looking forward to my new comfy sofa :)

It was lovely and relaxed, had coffee when we walked in, everyone was happy to help.

From start to finish picking and buying a sofa was very easy with super friendly staff

The staff were very helpful, there was a great selection to choose from. Agne was a lovely lady and made the experience great.

Personally I don’t like staff following me around trying to sell me something and chattering along the way! If I want to purchase something I will find you! I find it off putting. This happened as soon as I walked in the store!
When we went upstairs it seemed to stop then wham …. Again three members of staff asked if we were okay! Yes I’m okay thank you - really wanted to say please leave me alone! I know they are only doing their job. not everyone likes the full on sales pressure! I did end up buying a sofa and while the sales assistant was very pleasant talked constantly about how she was doing her job by telling us!
Please …. I’m a grown adult well into life I know how to clean sofas and to demonstrate how to plump the cushions ….

I visited the Ipswich store twice and was really impressed with the service we received. The second time we spoke with Nicola who helped us choose our dream sofa. We went into the store expecting to order one sofa but after speaking with Nicola she made us think about various different design aspects of our space so we chose another. I’m very grateful for Nicola’s expert advice otherwise we would have ended up purchasing a sofa that I don’t think would have looked good in our space.

Peter at the ipswich store was really helpful he moved the l shape sofa in the store show room we liked about to a configuration of our home lay out. He done a lot of juggling about and moving things around just so we could see what it would look like and there was no sales pressure😊

Peter was really friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy.

Ordered our last sofas from Sofology at least 10 years ago and loved them so much we went back and ordered the same sofas again just in a different colour & fabric!
Couldn’t have been more helpful, Peter was so friendly and approachable, wasn’t pushy and went over all the details with us clearly and even showed us how to plump the cushions properly. Absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sofology Ipswich and especially Peter!

We knew exactly what we wanted, having visited the store prior to Christmas and having used the website to review what was on offer.

Returning to the store, we found the sales consultant extremely helpful, and she breezed through the process.

We were made very welcome by Paul.He explained everything very well.He answered our questions and we felt that we were getting a good service.

We were looked after brilliantly by the staff and they helped us getting the sofas we wanted couldn't ask for more

Nikola was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She was friendly, approachable, and took the time to ensure everything was clearly explained and handled efficiently. Her professionalism and positive attitude made the experience straightforward and pleasant.

Our salesman Paul was very attentive, greeted us in a friendly manner and showed us assorted reclining sofas we'd asked to see. He then left us alone to browse and sit on the sofas we liked the look of, saying to us that if we had any questions we'd find him close by, an approach we liked, he wasn't hovering over us all the time and wasn't at all pushy. He explained everything to us regarding the delivery, the time we'd wait for delivery, the care kit, what materials the sofa was made of and how good the sofashield insurance was. And all done in a very friendly manner

From walking into the store everyone was polite and helpful. We needed help on finding the right size for our needs. Paul was friendly and kind in explaining all we needed to know. We bought 2 lovely little sofas that we look forward to receiving.

Very easy purchase process, great selection and colour/ fabric options.
