Very friendly, great service.

This experience was super simple, well-explained and no pushy sales tactics - spot on!

We visited Reading store. We were greeted by Eve. Wow what a credit she is to your company. She was very informative and didn’t rush us at all. We told her what kind of sofa we were looking for and she showed us several.
We didn’t buy either of the two sofas we had seen on line instead we bought a different set that Eve showed us. We really can’t praise her enough. Her coffee making skills are very good too.

There is an extensive range of furniture, different styles and designs. All with many options of coverings and colours. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable making the whole choosing and purchasing process relatively straightforward.

Hamza was great at dealing with all my requests in an efficient manner. Super friendly and helpful.

Sofology have a wonderful range of sofas, great quality at affordable prices, with 0% finance option available. Staff are warm welcoming and knowledgeable. Today we were assisted by Humza, whose expertise was extremely helpful - he allowed us as much time as necessary, ‘without feeling pressured’, to come to our final decision. Other members of staff were also very friendly and knowledgeable too. Thank you

After visiting the shop on a number of occasions we finally decided on the right furniture for us. At no point did we feel under pressure to make a quick choice and the staff who were in attendance allowed us as much time and space as we needed.
