I placed my order online and then wanted to change it. I went into store and found the service from 2 members of staff in particular Mustafa who was very patient with me and didn't get tired of explaining things to me even though the sale was made online. I did encounter some staff who were not as nice and I didn't like their sales approach but Mustafa really made the experience a good one.

Staff at the store were very helpful and knowledgeable. Alisha who helped us with our purchase was was great. Nothing was too much trouble answered all our questions and informed us of the guarantees that sofoligy provide. You buy things from people not places and alisha certainly demonstrated trust and competency.

Gave us some great advice, and helped us to choose our new sofa and a unique chair to match. What a lovely lady.

Harrison was really helpful and made the process nice and straightforward for ‘tards like me. He gave us the store number and said to ask for him if we have any questions after our purchase which we did funnily enough and he answered and gave us peace of mind.
