I paid $50 for my order and USPS said postage was not paid and package will not be delivered. Good luck to anyone who orders from this company. They take your money and ghost you

They stop answer and not letting me return!
I love the bras, but the charts of sizes are not correct. They have promised me that I could order another sizes to try and then return all of them when I receive the second package. So far no answer, I keep emailing them and now I have around £100 stuck because they are not answering.
Super disappointed 😞

Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company. Their items don’t fit as promised and they send product that is marked incorrectly. If you need to return anything they ‘will review your request’. I’ve been waiting for 3 days for them to review my request and they are just giving me the run around.
Also, their tracking system is faulty. My items said they were delivered days before it was. I contacted them and they said they’d look into it which they never did.

This bra has so much padding in it!
This bra has so much padding in it!! You can not tell that from the ad. Also - they have a 14 day return policy. I received mine over the Thanksgiving weekend and was out of town. By the time I finally got home and got the bra - the 14 days had expired and they didn't even answer my request for a return.

Worst customer service EVER
These bras are very uncomfortable. The straps are way too short and it has a very bad chemical smell. When I tried to return the bras, their customer service is non-existence. I had to chase for weeks to no avail. Don't waste your money or time with this website.

Regarding the issue you mentioned:
The tape is too short and has a chemical smell - we sincerely apologize. We will report to our quality control team immediately.
Customer service delay - We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. This is our fault.
In order to solve the problem of smell as soon as possible
Sometimes, new fabrics and dyes, when sealed in plastic during transportation, can develop a strong odor, which usually fades after proper washing and drying. Since it still bothers you after a light soak, here are some methods you can try:
. Wash again in cold water with a mild detergent
Wash gently by hand and then rinse thoroughly
Do not use fabric softener for the time being
. Add a little baking soda or white vinegar
Option A: Add 1-2 tablespoons of baking soda to cold water, soak for 30-60 minutes, and then rinse thoroughly
Option B: Or add a small amount of white vinegar to a basin of water, let it soak briefly, and then rinse thoroughly
Both can help eliminate residual odors
. Air dry in a well-ventilated area
Lay the bra flat or hang it in a well-ventilated area to dry, avoiding direct strong sunlight
Sometimes, leaving clothes to air for 1-2 days after washing can make a big difference
If you have tried these steps but the smell is still very strong, or you feel uncomfortable wearing them, please let me know and we will look for further solutions for you.
I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. I'm also very grateful for your helping hand and the opportunity to assist us.
