I was easy to place order and when I declined add on, I was not further harassed

The product is easy to use and appears to be working. The product just arrived too often so I will reorder when I need replace.

I used the pouches outside in the garage in the lawn tractor and our compact tractor.....no mice!. Also used them in the furnace room and the closet with the electrical panel..... yeah no evidence of mice!. Needless to say I am thrilled. Oh and did I mention they are easy to use .

Mess free pouches are great!
I have not heard nor seen evidence of mice since I put down the pouches in the lower kitchen cabinets, pantry, nor the garage.

We had no mice the entire fall and winter. It was easy to place the packets and didn't need to be checking on traps. Great product.

Fast delivery

Love the natural concept of pest control in this product. I have used this company for mice and now gopher deterrents. Our house has the mother load of gophers as well as mice due to urban interface. I’m sure we’ll be future wanting re-orders but the sealed bags have a good number of pouches in each for now. Thank you for Good customer relations and being easy seller:)

Overall, pretty simple process. Tough to give 5 stars when the process is still ongoing and that I don't have any alternative reference to go by.

We had a few rats in the attic, through roof gaps, and an occasional one would run into our big garage. We had a pest control company deal with the attic, but I placed 3 packets in the garage entrance. No more rat droppings.

Your product arrived in a timely fashion and there were no problems. These mouse packets are to be placed in a lake cottage so a review of their effectiveness is not possible yet.

There were no real nstructions on use. The back of the packages were not very helpful because it was such small print. However, I do love the smell and have places them about. I also reached out about not wanting a subscription until I see if they work. The customer service was extremely helpful and made sure that I was not doing a subscription.

Fast shipping. The sachets smell really nice and it seem to keep the mice away! Thank you!

It was smooth

The website was easy to navigate and provided a lot of helpful information. The offers and promotions were also hard to pass up.

My only issue was the lack of communication after placing the order. It felt like the order was in limbo for too long, and there was very little information regarding shipping updates or timing.

It was easy to place the order. Last year we had mice get into our rv. We now have a new RV and don't want the mice using it for their home. Haven't see any sign of mice yet and hopefully your product will forever keep them away.
