So Good BB is my favorite place to order my wigs from☺ They ship all my orders out fast they arrive right on time their shipping faster then the other sites. They are more expensive then other sites but they always have coupons.

I thought this would be my go to company, but it will not!! I see that another customer stated that she received a unit with lice in it, so did I! I was shaking a unit out over my white bathroom sink and I looked at the hairs that was falling out of the unit and noticed something else was in the sink as I looked closer it was a bug/head lice!! I felt sick to my stomach! My last order sit in Duluth, Georgia for 2 weeks or more. I ordered 2 units in the natural brown, because they was unprocessed hair. They chose to send one of the units in natural black and one in natural brown, like I wasn’t going to notice the difference in the color! I did a review on the unit, but they wouldn’t post my review. I guess they only want to post certain women on their website. That’s okay, because I won’t be shopping with them anymore. They are more about taking advantage of customers, than making sure customers are satisfied and get what they ordered.

First of all, the experience with the company was really good. I asked about the international shipping and they responded promptly. I received the unit in exactly one month, as i am from Romania and i ordered via USPS, i was expecting to get it in more than one month. Indeed the traking of the package stops once the pack leaves USA, i was nervous about this and when reading the bad reviews from here. However, for me it was a very good experience. The unit is very nice and for sure i will order again. I recommend.

I received a wig with live lice bugs in it. I received two wigs that I ordered. The order sat at the post office for a couple weeks due to "So Good BB" not applying the correct amount of postage on the package. Upon reviewing my order which was in original packaging from the company unbroken, I noticed that one of the wigs was not the one I had ordered. I wanted Blue and received Jet Black. When I contacted company I was told that the order could not be replaced because it was not within the allotted time frame. Due to sanitary reasons. I thought that was understandable and I respected that feeling like I had a wig that had never been worn. Oh well not as flashy, I will still use it. The second wig I removed from the sealed package, as I was looking at it, I noticed a thin triangular object that jumped at me off the wig. I thought it was tape and I said cute wig, nice quality and put it back in the bag. I wore the first wig and added it to my collection. About a month later, I went back to make plans to wear the second wig. I opened the bag and noticed more of the objects that I thought were tape and identified them as being bugs moving through the hairs. I was not able to return my wig but obviously someone else did or the workers at this company have lice. What do I do. At what point will this wig be safe to wear. Apparently the worker on the phone knew that they were having bug issues in their facility whether it be on workers or on wigs. I will not be buying any more wigs from them, no matter how cheap they are.

I was nervous ordering after reading reviews of this company but I received my order quickly and products were exactly what I ordered!! I will buy again - in fact I already have! I don’t usually write reviews but wanted people to feel assured it is safe to do so because many of the reviews i read were negative (which seems very unfair) but im one happy camper!!

This is a bull#ish company, who substitute any color, without #Your permission. They then offer an exchange with a restocking fee! The nerve, I will go happy natural.before I order anything from this company ever again. Now I am stuck with a unit I cannot use!

I am livid that the unprofessional company calls to verify your address but not the color of style; when they know in advance they do not have what you ordered. That is why they don't send a receipt of proof of payment. I despise these foreigners and their deceptive business practices.

I never recieved my order. I tried calling and emailing them with not response which is an indication that they know they are SCAMMERS. I will be reporting them to the BBB and reviewing them on every outlet I can find. BUYER'S BEWARE.

Horrible customer service. They sent me a product that was cancelled, and promised a refund that was never received. Then wanted me to wait until it was delivered and mail it back to them and wait for my refund that was supposed to be processed prior to their warehouse error.

Great service, I am UK based and my item arrive very well package. Company supplied tracking details so I knew where my item was. Thank you!
