The vibration mode on the Hiver was not working
The vibration mode on the Hiver was simply not working. After 15 email exhanges with the Sohimi support service (hey, try this try that, send us a video, send us one more video, endless discussions) I got tired of all this, hence the one star. Don't believe for a second they will send a replacement or a refund. I'm sure they will have a nice reply to my review, it's so predictable.

The company was pretty great
The company was pretty great. When I contacted them with my disappointment with the product, they were quick to offer me a refund, though I wasnât able to return an unused object which I thought was weird. My biggest issue with this experience is that I bought their nipple and clits toy, and it was incredibly weak. Some may like the fact that itâs not too powerful, But for me, itâs not powerful enough. The packaging was normal nothing too great about it. The product itself seems well-made just a little Issue.

Shipping process and price went smoothly hence the 2 stars. That's it. Products are junk. Not even close to as advertised. No battery life or advertised satisfaction/sensations.
