I've been a customer of Soho66 for 13 years now and have always been impressed with the company and the telephone support it provides. Yesterday, I was having some problems setting up a new phone on my second phone account with Soho66. The member of staff on the technical support line (Blain) was absolutely superb. He listened, understood the problem and carefully took me through the steps to enter my account details into a new device. Absolutely first-class service!

Amazing company! We've been with them now for over 8 years and cannot fault them. Admin panel to route calls is great and very flexible. If we have an issue or need advise they are always only a phone call away and provide top class phone service including responding to queries in a timely manner. If there were 6 stars, I would have given them that!!

Matthew the support engineer constantly works hard to make sure our business maintains uninterrupted comms. Awesome service!

I had to port a number to Soho66. The staff was amazingly helpful. Very fast responses by email, and the information they provided was always relevant. Such a service is very rare today.

The support is very efficient and helpful. My plea for help was answered by Matthew within a few hours and he follow up on his reponse to ensure that my business was back on track without delay. I appreciated the swift and professional reply and hand- holding throughout the troubleshooting process.

Absolutely brilliant company with a phone system second to none. Reece was so helpful and has been there over 10 years - thats says a lot too about Soho66. I gave up a phone number a few months ago and cannot have it back but Reece is going the extra mile to achieve that for me.
What a great guy to go over and beyond the rule book.

My experience with this company's tech support was exceptional . The technician MATTHEW . Who's helped me to set up my Grandstream phone was incredibly professional,fast,and clearly an expert in their field. It seemed like they knew everything by heart and resolved my issue seamlessly . From initial enquiry through to purchase and setup, we received excellent customer service (primarily corresponding with Reece), with timely and very helpful responses to all queries. System setup was straightforward following instructions provided by Soho66. The service itself is perhaps not as feature rich as some others, however overall it has been a solid, reliable and effective solution, with the added benefit of being easy to set up in-house.

We have been with Soho66 for over 10 years now. You cannot find a cheaper Voip provider for your basic needs, especially if you operate a 9-5 business. The support has been great over the years. The only thing I would say is if you operate a 24 hour business like I do you will not receive support outside of business hours, but if you do have issues outside of business hours, you can easily divert calls through their dashboard very easily. This has worked for us over the years.
