Following a malfunction with our bathroom light, we returned to Soho Home to arrange a replacement. As they no longer worked with the original supplier, Daisy took it upon herself to resolve the issue.

Despite the process taking a few months, Daisy’s perseverance and tenacity never wavered. She not only sourced a replacement but also ensured it perfectly matched our original light — something we truly didn’t expect.

Her level of dedication and commitment is exceptional and stands out as some of the best service we have experienced in any industry.

Sad to say, our purchase from Soho Home has been a horrendous experience. They are completely unable to work with their delivery partner to achieve delivery successfully scheduled, despite the item being in stock. It's nearly two months now since our purchase. They were supposed to deliver this morning but we got a call during the delivery slot to say they didn't bring enough people to lift the unit, so that's another failed delivery. Just hopeless.

Over a week later they aren't even responding to attempts to contact or escalate. Complete inability from Soho Home to respond to the issue, to deal with the complaint, or to take any remedial action.

Strongly advise people not to buy from Soho Home. We are £2.5k down and no product in sight. Next step small claims court.

Sophie was incredibly helpful in resolving an issue we had with a warped mirror, and then a replacement that unfortunately arrived chipped. While the situation was frustrating for us, she handled it with care and made things right, which we truly appreciated.

Sophie ,Soho Home trade program provided truly exceptional customer service. I had an item arrive damaged/scratches and was dealing with some repair person appointed by Soho Home where they never showed up after making several appointments and finally I have to use our own repair guy to fix this.
Sophie handled everything with such professionalism and care. She was incredibly responsive, understanding, and proactive in helping resolve the situation quickly.

What stood out the most was how patient and care she was throughout the process.and followed through until the case closed. she made sure I felt supported and confident that the issue would be taken care of. At the end she gave me a refund for the cost I had spent to have the furniture repaired. She is trully an exceptional customer service who care to her customer. After having to send back a poorly made Carlisle unit a year ago, I thought I would give Soho Home another go by this time looking at beside tables. I went with a client to the Kings Road showroom and found sometime interesting. That was two weeks ago and I am still trying to get some clarity from the Trade Dept as to their actual Trade structure during their sale period. I called and left a message to Jess who has since to return my call. All that I have been told is that I can place the order via my account/portal. No real personal contact or explanation has been given to me. I have decided not to pursue this any further, stop waiting for a call and move on to better service providers.

I would like to share my appreciation for the excellent customer service I received from Carlo at Soho Home. Carlo was extremely kind and helpful in resolving an issue I had with on e of the product. Before the matter was resolved, Soho Homes had already sent out a very friendly and professional technician to attempt a repair. Unfortunately the product could not be repaired. However the team handled the situation very well and arranged for a replacement product instead. Carlo ensured that everything was handled quickly and efficiently, and the entire matter was resolved within one afternoon. I truly appreciated the effect, professionalism and care shown throughout the process. Thank you Carlo, for the outstanding customer service and making sure the matter was resolved so promptly. After a bit of back and forth, including some disturbing form email from SoHo Home threatening to close our case within 24 hours, Daisy came to the rescue, apologized profusely about the email, and finally resolving our issue and making sure we received the working products we had ordered. Thank you, Daisy.

This company will not use telephones. Not even between themselves and their own suppliers and warehouses.

You will not be able to speak to anyone like a human being. Only via e-mail and they will go missing for days or weeks.

I spent thousands with them on made-to-order furniture. They lost one of my purchases - and they have completely disappeared.

I had the best experience with Gab on the customer support team! I teach interior design and was helping a student track down technical information for a product they sourced through Soho Home. When I reached out through the online chat, Gab was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to provide product info, even knowing that this was for an academic project and this (very expensive) item was not going to be purchased. It was a great lesson for the student in being thorough in checking technical specs, and a fabulous example of working with vendors who provide excellent service.
