Quick service and hassle free claims processing

Excellent service and supplemental coverage.

Our insurance broker recommended this policy to ensure against a horrific out-of-pocket expense for wind/hail damage.

Don't know them but was recommended by my home insurance because they increased rates and fixed income people can't afford 10k out of pocket anywhere. Sola seems like a credible company. I hope I NEVER have to use them but it IS Arkansas and we have storms. Fingers crossed.

They made it easy

We had hail hit our place, and with one phone call to our insurance agent, the amount that we were supposed to get was in our account the day that Sola processed our claim! We were very satisfied with the the outcome from them!

Process was very easy. I paid the premium. They verified the hail event. I submitted a roof report. They approved the claim. They sent me $10,000. Easy.

The claim process was easy with absolutely no hassle.

We purchased sola for the first time earlier this year. About a month later we had a hail storm that did lots of damage to our roof. I started a claim and submitted photos of the roofing damage and they paid within 36 hrs I had the money in the bank. Sola had me payed before our home owners insurance had even reached back out to start a claim. I recommend sola to everyone now!

This was such an easy process and like that I work directly with the roofing company - not a go between. I would recommend Sola for roof coverage.

My agent sent in the claim, I was contacted by a claims rep the same day letting me know they were processing the claim, and had the payment in my bank within days.
