Item was delayed and arrive after my function. On opening it was the incorrect item with no tags to show it is new. They are now insisting I have to pay the cost to return the item. Steer clear.

The jumper I ordered was absolute rubbish, no brand tags ,just one on the inside .look very poor quality, a bit like temu or shein.Waste of money do not waste your time or money.

Do not buy from this place. Please save yourself the hassel. I am writing a complant to ACCC as these guys are shipping really bad quality materials from china and if you want to return it they will make you pay half the money in shipping it back to China. This is a chinese company disguised as australian.

This company is a scam. Another set up to look like it is Australian, but comes from China. Cheap, tacky material. I paid AUD $90 for what I thought was a rain proof jacket, when it turned out to be nasty polyester. Even worse than the polyester Australia sells. Australian law needs to crack down on these scams. I am usually more switched on with online shopping, but this time I got done. Sticking to 'known' brands from now on. Its just not worth the risk to try anything different.

.... And that is why I always use PayPal. I just lodged a claim and got an instant refund. Didn't even have to attempt to contact the 'company' or post the 'goods' back. If you have used PayPal to buy your item, contact them. Easier than dealing with banks, who need loads more information and effort on your part.

Very bad experience with Solane Collective. I ordered two items in the same size, but they arrived with completely different sizing and fit. The quality was very poor, with loose threads already coming out, and one item looked completely different from the photos online.

I contacted them asking to return the products and get a full refund, but they did not offer a proper return and refund. Instead, they kept pushing small partial refund/store credit options even though I clearly said I cannot use the products.

So now I’m left with poor quality items I don’t want, and my money is gone. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this store at all.

This company positions itself as an Australian company, when in fact it is Chinese. Despite what they say on their website, their goods do not come from Australia, but are sent directly from China and they do not use Australia post, as represented on their website. I have paid a whooping $284.95 for their coat which was advertised as 80% wool and 20% cashmere, I have received for that price a 100% polyester coat. When requesting a return, I was told I have to post this polyester coat back to them, yet they would not provide a return shipping label, meaning I would have to use my own money ON TOP of what I have already paid. Instead, they kept offering me various discounts on their products. Finally, after many emails back and forth, they said I have to post it back to them, but they cannot refund me the postage as this is not their policy . They said I will get a refund only when they will inspect the goods upon delivery it back to them. I have told them that this is a in direct contravention of Australian consumer law: Under Section 56 of the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010), the goods supplied do not match their description. As this is a failure to meet a consumer guarantee, I have a right to reject the product under Section 263. Under the ACL, the business is responsible for the costs of returning the product.
I have since requested a chargeback from my bank, reported them as a scam to ACCC and NSW Fair Trading ( since their website says they are located in Sydney).

Do not use them. The Jumper quality is rubbish and they make doing a return so hard you end up accepting their offer of discounted refund offer and you keep the items. They make out they are in Wiloughby NSW Australia. This where they say the warehouse is.Lots of offers to keep the items with a partial refund that you will be hit with charges returning the items to China!

The jacket I ordered has a strong fashion look. Packaging was also nice.

Bought the cardigans for my partner and she loves them. Looks stylish and feels durable.

The package arrived in perfect condition. 👍 The quality is better than expected. I would buy again.

Do your research, this is a scam site!
For every honest/negative review, Solane Collective will flood the reviews with fake/positive reviews.
This is a classic scammer move.
Ask your bank to reverse the charges. Provide email evidence as they will show how dodgy they are through offering rubbish discounts and store credit.
Make sure to report their Instagram page to shut them down.

I would strongly advise against buying from this company.

I paid $196 for three jumpers, and the quality was extremely disappointing. The white knit jumper is see-through, and the XXL men’s hoodie I ordered for my husband is around half the size of my women’s size L hoodie. The materials feel cheap, synthetic, and more like low-quality fast fashion than the premium products advertised.

I contacted customer service to request a return and full refund and even offered to pay the return postage myself. Instead of accepting the return, they only offered me either:

* a 10% refund if I kept the items, or
* a 30% store credit if I kept the items.

A store credit is not a genuine solution when the products I received were already so poor in quality. If all three items in my first order were disappointing, why would I have any confidence that another order would be any better?

In my experience, the products did not match my expectations when paying top dollar and the company’s return process made it very difficult to obtain a fair resolution. I won’t be purchasing from them again. I wish I could share photos of the items to demonstrate the quality.

Watch out for this company, they are scammers and currently they are flooding the review section with fake positive reviews.
All the positive reviews are not real people.
Anyone that gets scammed, please report their instagram page, let's get them removed from social media and make sure to notify your bank as soon as possible. They can reverse the charges. Don't allow this company to get away with it!

It made my beach outfits look so stylish. They fit perfectly without sliding down my nose. The design is trendy but still timeless. I also like how protective they feel under strong sunlight. I’m really happy with this purchase.

Good quality but slightly bigger fit than expected.

Spent 69 on a jacket with only a few feathers. Fabric cheap, colour not the same, no shape. After reading reviews, I'll try my bank to reverse payment.

Boots look clean and minimal. Good quality for the price.
