We are very satisfied with high level of the service from company,also how efficient solar panels have been fitted.
We had fitted Sigenergy 11 panel system on flat roof .
Mostly wish to say thank you to all the main Team - esspecialy Paul ,Sophie for great ,clear communication , support and advice and Ryan for hight standard installation and offcourse all other team members,who helped to install solar panels. Over all again Huge thank you adjusting our wishes regardless flat roof panel installation,and answering on our endless questions and for giving us great , affordable proposal ,along great advice ,also providing great support regarding our worries.

Very professional process from first enquiry to completion

From initial request for a quotation through to full install has been seamless. Paul from OVO Solar was very informative and knowledgeable guiding us through the options to make the right choices. Ryan, the installation qualified supervisor carried out the survey and managed the entire install, keeping us informed at all stages paying particular to the aesthetics for a professional finish and finally Sophie who has been continuously communicating with us in the lead up to and post install to make sure everything was ok. We had reservations with a national power company, but they were quickly dismissed, very professional quick and friendly service, we would wholeheartedly recommend them based on our experience with them.

Ovo SW installed 23 solar panels and a battery and did a fantastic job. We had four quotes and Ovo were head and shoulders above the rest, both in terms of competetive pricing and also in catering for what we needed/wanted from the system (whilst not just being "yes men"). From beginning to end, Paul, Ryan, Sophie and the rest of the team have been professional, friendly, punctual and knowledgeable. They were happy to contacted any time to guide us through the process and it really felt like they had our best interests at heart and wanted to ensure the quality of the end product. We've had our panels on for a few months now, and we are really pleased with the end product. Thanks so much!

Fantastic service from OVO, the installers were very professional and were more than happy to answer all our questions. The install was completed in two days with the minimum of disruption, then the scaffolding was taken down the next day. Would highly recommend OVO

The whole process of getting the solar system fitted from the initial consultation to the final fit and set up of the SEG was very easy.
Everyone involved was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and worked very hard to make the whole experience a delight for us and we're very satisfied with the results.

The Consultation was extremely informative. Paul was very happy to answer all our questions and took time to explain the details in a manner that we as ordinary folk, could understand. He went away with all our details, quoted for the supply and installation, and was very helpful in explaining why he had recommended our particular system. The installation date was agreed, and Ryan arrived on time with the relevant system and personnel to install everything efficiently, Tidily, and with the minimum of fuss. They all cleared up when they left and helped me to download the App onto my phone, and explained what everything meant, and the priorities for the solar power - i.e what it feeds and in which order.
We have had a couple of Software issues, - However - Each time we reported the problem, within 30 mins, someone had remotely gone online into our system and restarted it, and resolved the issue with the minimum of fuss.
Very are very pleased with our installation, the panels blend in beautifully with the roof and the edge guarding closes off the gaps between Solars and tiles. We have no hesitation in recommending the OVO installation to anyone who is interested in installing Solar Panels

From start to finish OVO were amazing. No pressure, excellent advice and personable conversations. The planing and booking was easy and informative. I booked everything through OVO, scaffolding and electrics. Can't praise them enough and have already recommended them to two friends looking for solar.

From when Paul came and gave me advice in late 2025 and a timeline for ordering and installation, to the staff in the office (Sophie, Holly, Chloe and Matt), to the electrical installation team (Ryan, Daniel, Tom and Wes) and roofers (I'm not sure of the 2 lads names), the process has been seemless.
Everyone has been so helpful and nothing has been too much trouble. Even when I phoned, everyone was so friendly and always sorted me out.

With excellent customer service from the first enquiry, the whole team at Ovo South West have been friendly and professional. Knowing very little about the technology myself, they explained everything to me in plain English and I was reassured I was getting what was right for my property and family.

I had a few quotes from other local and long-distance companies; we decided on them for being local and answering all questions.
we had 17 panels 475, 9 kw inverter with 2 x 10 kw battery storage.
The Scaffolders also worked quickly

The OVO SW team (Modern Renewable Solutions) were great to deal with from the first point of contact. Having answered my detailed questions, they gave me a couple of alternative proposals. Of the 4 companies I approached for quotes, I felt the OVO system offered the best value for money. I really appreciated dealing with a local company with their own installers rather than sub-contractors. The entire process was seamless and went very smoothly. I can't fault the team - everyone from the scaffolders, roofers and electricians where friendly, hardworking and brilliant to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

OVO came to us in south west Cornwall. We had 24 panels fitted, an 18kWh battery, 12kW inverter and a gateway to run off grid if needed. The whole process took a week from building scaffolding to taking it away. The fit itself took about 2 1/2 days. The job was competitively priced, incredibly neat and professional. The installers are knowledgeable and experienced with the product that they fitted. Storm Goretti hit us and the power was off for 5 days. The system allowed us to run the heating, keep the fridge and freezer running and keep our sanity. This is an excellent professional team
