Solarisrelocations レビュー

As daunting as it is to move overseas, the team at Solaris have made the physical aspect of moving so easy.
From John at the initial stages, I certainly hassled him w all sorts of questions, to which he always had a speedy response, then Courtney to arrange the logistics, and Billy & the boys were great packing it all up, efficient and concise.
Would certainly recommend.

Our customer service representative was very professional and responsive -- and the delivery team were very efficient and friendly. All good!

From start to finish, Solaris was a pleasure to deal with. My international move was handled very professionally from the packers in the UK to the delivery in the US - and everything in between. Highly recommended!

The thought of shipping all my life’s stuff from two locations was causing me so much anxiety. The process of booking the team at Solaris wasn’t as nerve wracking as my mind made it seem and they were really helpful and knowledgeable every step of the way. From Chloe who set up the initial evaluation to Billy and Adrian who did all the packing and moving over 2 days, I felt understood and supported. The team are efficient, professional and experienced and I was in good hands.

I have used them twice for intercontinental moves. Once from USA to UK and from UK to Italy. They pack and take care of your items great. Delivery is sometimes longer than you like but that is government more than their service. They get your stuff through customs with relative ease. Good communication and reliablity

The quotes were prompt and very competitive. I felt very comfortable using Solaris from the start.

The packers were efficient and informative. I felt very comfortable with them packing our personal effects. They were careful with our things and genuinely kind and polite people.

A very stressful experience was made so much easier by everyone’s efficiency and expertise.

Your team of 3 crew guys did a great job on Friday. Very efficient, hard working and proactive. Very impressed by their service and work ethic. Please do pass on my appreciation, or alternatively their names so that I may send Solaris an email with this specific great feedback about them. Thanks again for all your help, I have been impressed by Solaris from start to finish, it has been an easy and stress free experience.

A massive thank you to Craig and Ruben at Solaris. Their attention to detail and meticulous packing were fantastic, every item arrived in perfect condition. We’re so happy with their service and would highly recommend them!

THis is a bit overdue but we relocated from Asia and solaris were the UK partner with the Asian company. Solaris were great, provided all the import information, kept me updated on arrivals and customs clearance and delivered everythign on time. The drivers were really good and helpful put everything where i wanted it and did so carefully.

No issues at all and would highly recommend them. I canot remember the exact date but was around Feb when the relocation was completed

The whole process from initial contact to the day of packing and shipping was smooth. Great communication. Arrived on time and ensured that our belongings were securely packed for our international move.
The price couldn't be beaten, either!

I had some things sent over from the UK to NZ, nothing worth too much money but holding big sentimental value. I wasn’t there when the packers turned up and so had no idea what it would look like when it arrived in NZ. Everything has just turned up and the fragile products were all individually wrapped with great care and attention. Not a single glass or plate was broken. Everything in perfect order. Courtney has been a pleasure to deal with throughout explaining how long I could expect the process from the ship arriving in nz to it being out for local delivery would take.

Would recommend to anyone looking to freight, would use again but now I’ve got everything here!

Kenny and his partner were amazing. They are a fantastic team and just set too . Their removal vehicle was not ideal as it had such low clearance but they took everything in their stride. A pleasure to have as removers in every way

The two men (Bran and Chris) who came to collect my goods, and pack a few items too, were brilliant.

Great service! Movers were on time & worked so hard! Jason & Mitch were both so professional & did a great job of packing & moving us from our lower ground floor which came with some challenges!!
Admin is fab too super helpful & really responsive to all questions! Cheers Courtney!

Fantastic experience with Solaris in the collection and packing of all our items. The customer service team were communicative and detailed in providing the quotes, and the moving team led by Ricky and Keith were brilliant on the day. They were professional, friendly and helpful, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to move internationally.

I can share my experience for the collection only so far.
The Packing Crew was extremely kind, polite and fast.

Chuffed with the service from Solaris. What you would assume is a complex process for overseas they really simplified for us. Mark and Martin who were our packers on the day were the dream team. They packed so efficiently in half the time and you can tell they’ve been part of the team for a long time as were so skilled and new the best ways to save space. Thanks a lot really appreciate that being made so easy and a stressful time.

From the start, working with Solaris was so easy. Efficient and helpful at every step. Courtney in the office was incredibly helpful providing boxes ahead of time. The crew on the day were superb. On time, courteous, helpful and polite. Efficient and professional throughout the process.

The team was great, very collaborative, professional, explained every step of the way, took care of every part they packed, I 100% recommend this team to do your packing.

Good start to the service with quick and easy communication, and a generally straightforwards process. Once pickup was arranged and done, it took a little while for next steps but I believe that is normal for groupage shipping. There were some issues with the final delivery (some items missing) but after some back and forth, David (one of the directors) spent some time going through the issues, giving me a full update and offering a final resolution. Overall, the people I dealt with were helpful and honest.
