Having been left "high and dry" by my previous installers when the Solar Edge inverter failed, this company took over the monitoring, and got an installer to fit the replacement inverter very quickly, and even worked on a Saturday afternoon as I was going away for a week the day after, and wanted the stystem working as soon as possible.

Very professional service, and quick installation.

Dealing with Solar GB really shows the difference between spending your money with a local privately owned business and a larger corporate. They care. Care about you as a customer, care about supplying an excellent product and care about undertaking a good job. The entire process from initial enquiry, to inspection to installation and follow up was undertaken by individuals who owned and took responsibility for their actions. We were recommended to Solar and I would unreservedly do the same to anyone considering whether solar power is right for them or not.

It's good to see Solar Power GB on the social media platform. Since having solar panels installed and at a later date adding storage battery it has been a pleasure to meet Dan and Ben both on the phone and in person. Although the outlay might have seemed high the outcome has been rewarding and haven't looked back nor regretted having the installation. The office staff have always been polite and professional, good on ya Jemma. Well done guys.

From the first time Dan Jones came and explained all we needed to know about solar we knew we had chosen the right company. Things moved swiftly with the surveyor explaining how many panels and the best place for them, next was the scaffolders who were excellent. When Dan the installer arrived he was so professional and pleasant and did a great job. Jack the electrician had a challenging cable run but made a great job of it. Finally the girl in the office helped us with the paperwork which was a godsend to us dinosaurs. From start to finish it was a first class job and would definitely recommend them.

Brilliant company. Trustworthy and reliable, found that nothing was too much trouble.

I have been interested in solar panels and their financial benefits for a while but dreaded being " pushed" to having them. My experience was far better than I had expected.. with all of the staff involved, from the office to the scaffolders, it was great! Everyone is knowledgeable about their part but can also talk about the effect of the panels as a whole.
I had 10 panels fitted on my small roof...put exactly where I wanted by dint of careful measuring. Everyone was so quick and efficient, neat and tidy too.
The paperwork was done and handed over immediately and I liked the quality of the guarantees.
I have already been contacted to tell me how much electricity my panels are generating...which gives me the feeling of ongoing interest and care.

Solar Power explained what they would offer and the advantages that would accrue. Their price was realistic and they said when they would start the work and finish; they kept to the dates and explained the system to us they then left us with a full set of instructions. It was all well organised.
We did not go for a battery as we do not have a car to charge over night but we are certain Solar would provide one if we asked in the future.

For many years we thought about having solar panels installed but never quite understood the benefits until we came across Solar Power GB as soon as there rep explained everything it was a no brainier and we went for panels.During this time we had follow up calls and a visit to check everything was ok . After a few years of wondering whether to purchase a battery again until we spoke to Solar Power GB who went through the process and explained the benefits .Once again after their excellent easy to understand input we decided to purchase a battery the process was so easy because we were kept informed on a regular basis by a professional and polite staff the installation went ahead on the agreed date by the same helpful and very nice chap who had installed our panels . Both visits went ahead with no fuss or mess . We have been highly impressed by the courteous , professional and tidy way both tasks were undertaken and the follow up advice has been fantastic. I have recommended Solar Power GB to a lot of my friends as I can’t recommend them highly enough

The company completed a very thorough job. All my 17 panels had to be removed, cleaned, refurbished and then re-commissioned following a serious pigeon infestation. In the interim, the roof was jet-washed and then finally, pigeon guards were installed.

Very positive experience generally.pleasant and helpful people for installation and On the telephone.Altogether a relatively good experience for a fairly major home investment.

I found both the office staff and the installers friendly and efficient. The scaffolders were the same too. I found the whole operation much less stressful and quicker than I imagined. Well done! Only thing to add would be: ask to get a bird protector fitted. It might have been better if it had been suggested at the outset. Only a very minor thing and it was added before the scaffolding came down.

Your installation people were excellent.
Helpful, obliging and positive.
Also worked hard under rather trying climate conditions.
Our only significant problem was the time it took to remove the scaffolding.
We also decided not to connect the I boost because we wanted all the power to go to the immersion heater on a time basis rather than it be split between the immersion and the battery

A throughly good job was done by all installers ,from the scaffolders to the check and turn on of our solar panels the next day. The lads were curtious and polite at all times.

Advice and recommendations about the number of solar panels for the space available was initially for 4, but changed to 5 after the surveyor’s visit and the contract changed without difficulty.
Initial communication at the start of the installation could have been better.
The quality of workmanship was high and the installation of the panels and associated electrical work was very good.
The despatch of follow-up information (paperwork) was swift.
Overall we are very pleased with the performance of the company.

I cannot fault any part of the process which was well organised and efficient. The salesman was not at all pushy but very helpful and informative. The communication from the company throughout, from placing the order to installation, was very friendly and excellent. The surveyor, scaffolders, installer and electrician were all extremely efficient and very pleasant to deal with. All documentation was provided promptly after installation. I have no hesitation in recommending Solar Power GB Limited. Excellent customer service.

The contacts with the company were always prompt and professional. The work was completed sooner than we originally expected and the whole experience was positive.

Following a fairly detailed discussion with no pressure Solar Power offered an excellent solution at a reasonable price. Installation and commissioning was carried out by a couple of very effective, pleasant guys on time, effective and no mess. The system complies with all relevant standards and seems to be working really well.
