Between the Solatube supplier, and the fitter, the communication from start to finish was very good with me.
Dermot the fitter has done a great job based on the limited loft space and positioning on the roof.
Would recommend.

We had the light tube fitted in 2012 and this was first time it has needed looking at - the new dome and lens on the ceiling have made it much brighter.

This is the first time I've ever left a review for someone I didn't buy from!

I had a free survey from this company. The surveyor was punctual, polite and put overshoes on to come into our home.

He had a good look in the loft and advised me that, because of the unusual shape of our roof, it would not be wise to install a solatube where we wanted one.

I think that's great service and deserves a review; a lesser company would have tried to shoehorn one in one way or another so the surveyor's honesty was refreshing.

We love our new sun tunnel! It’s made such a huge difference to our previous dark, windowless bathroom. The installer was great too!

My kitchen was very dark as there was very little natural light. I'd seen solatubes on TV and thought what a great idea. I had one fitted last week & it's fantastic, in fact I keep thinking I've left the light on! It was fitted in no time & the 2 gentlemen who did the job couldn't' have been more professional. If I had any the dark areas I would hesitate to have another one. Can't recommend highly enough.

Contacted Solatube to install 2 kits we'd had for a number of years - I'd done the "internal" installation into landing ceiling, but bottled out of work on roof! Emma was extremely helpful, especially given that it was an "install only" job, and made all the arrangements for us. Guys who did the install were on time, quick, efficient and very pleasant to deal with. Really pleased with the result - we can't believe how much light we've got on our previously dark landing! No hesitation in recommending - great company to deal with. Payment quick and easy with an electronic link on their invoice too. First class!

The Solatube is excellent, it makes a very big difference to our room. The installation was professional and completed to a high standard.

Prompt service. From initial enquiry, to surveyor doing a home visit and quote, to fitting.....within 2 weeks. No pressure selling, all work done to a very high standard. The fitters were friendly, helpful, easy to talk to. Worked cleanly and efficiently. Even went the extra mile and took in delivery of a heavy parcel as I was unable to due to an operation.
So pleased with the end result, gives amazing light!! Highly recommend product and company.
