I am not sure what this company is as I mistakenly signed up for a subscription but they handled the refund well.

Very positive experience. I explained my situation to Emily and she patiently listened and provided the answers I was looking for. In addition she went above and beyond what guidelines are in place by issuing a refund for the amount invested. I really appreciate that kind of customer service. Something that is rare these days!
