If I could give a zero I would!!!! Solestarr is a complete SCAM please don’t waste your money like I did thinking that I was buying sneakers. Solestarr, or, should I say Rarefoot, or maybe Global Sneaker, as these are all the company names I have encountered now during this month that I have been waiting for my son’s shoes. They never came and when I contacted customer service they told me they were stuck in customs and asked if I could fill out a form using an invoice they attached to the email, that was in Chinese with the exception of my son’s name, so I told them that I had no customs form and had no way to get one since I was not the shipping company. They told me in another email when I tried to leave them a one star review on their site that they were sending me another package to replace the one stuck at customs and that it would be here by the 24th. I emailed them again today because I still have no sneakers and they told me it would be a total of 28 days from today before I get them because they just processed shoes packaging yesterday. When I asked for a refund they told me no refund would be issued because they still have a month’s time to send them to me. That makes no sense! I emailed again saying I wanted a refund and they stopped answering my emails. Now I am out $132.00 because I didn’t read more reviews before ordering. PLEASE listen when I say DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM and YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!

Website does admit they are fake
In there website that sneakers are replicas. They called me and tried to get me to change my mind and not leave replicas and they would refund. I already got refunded by bank. I bought jordan 11's Fit wrong. Design flaws. Use stock x or goat. Better yet buy directly from nike

The shoes from this store are Fake .I would never pay almost the same price for fake when I can add a little and get the real thing.

Fake
I bought Jordan 1 og rebellionaires and they weren’t obviously fake, but you can tell the difference. The box was 100% fake and the shoes have minor mistakes that prove that they’re fake. Not bad for fakes but they’re taking in money by selling fake shoes. Unless the way they’re made in factories vary they’re definitely fake

I did a bunch of looking at reviews and such bout this website and everything seemed to pan out so I said watever let's try it.. got the shoes after 17 or 18 days later but one thing I found weird was that there was a stockx tag on the shoe when they came from solestarr so idk about all that and tbh I think the shoes r fake considering I paid 126 for metallic reimangines which isnt bad at all in my opinion shoes looked exactly like the real ones but had a INTENSE smell but other then that pre darn good website I woukd say there pre legit.. probably gonna continue shopping wit them but just expect a decent amount of a long shipping process im not used to long shipping but once I read there shipping times and stuff it made more sense cause it said that it could take up to 15 to 18 days.

FAKE NIKES
I just received a fake pair of Nike Aunt Pearl basketball shoes. I have never seen a worse replica and scam in my life. The box is not a Nike box, the sole does not have the Nike brand, there is a fake Nike sticker inside and the smell of cheap glue is overpowering. They are cheap plastic and barely held together. Is absolutely ridiculous that they even tried to pass these off as the real deal. I have sent them an email requesting a refund, but I’m sure my money is gone. Buyer beware!!! This is a SCAM!!!

I would not be surprised if all their shoes are low quality replicas. By the way I received a Full Refund. My reason to write a review is to let people know that they are buying low quality replicas not an authentic shoe. Technically is a scam because you are deceiving customers to believe they are buying an authentic shoe.
