Never processed my second draft

Never processed my second draft, when asked for explanation, they had none, and referred me to the government. Reached out to them and they told me they had no control or did they declined my second draw. And that it was you that stopped the second draw. And it wasn't to late to receive funds, when told by your representative Ana, that the ppp loans had finished.
And wouldn't give me anymore information or direction as to how to receive my second draw.
