This outfit, Womply, is 💣! Even when there were minor glitches, the response was quick.

Most impressive? When they got a deluge of applications, they ramped up their processes and rolled!

There was no response to my questions when I reached out three different times. Huge room for customer service improvement.

They really don't deserve 1 star. I'm gettin 'apply for forgiveness ' I never received the money I was approved for
They kept saying, 'need updated bank info'. I've updated my bank info so many times that it was ridiculous. Now, they say, 'Borrower withdrawn'... this is simply, a LIE. I even opened a NEW bank account to satisfy womply. The said thing if they wouldn't reply with any answers that make sense. The crazy thing is that when you go in and review your application, IT SHOWS MY CORRECT BANK AND ACCOUNT NUMBERS. They did that I needed to contact the lender and the SBA. The lender and the SBA said to contact Wombly. Now, they lie and say that I withdrew my application? That is such bs. There should be some way to get the funds that I was approved for. They said, that as long as there was an approval on the applications before May 31st, they would STILL be funded. I really need that money for my legitimate business. Such unprofessional treatment to clients. If this can be resolved, Thank you

I received an email from SBA in regards to PPP Forgivness...lol first I have never received and funds Womply never gave me the money now I need forgiveness? What a laugh.

They don't even deserve a single star. All the 5 star are here looks fake. Worse service i ever tried. Didn’t get my second draw because of this womply. They kept me saying update my bank info and every time i was updating my info they said account need to check. How silly it is that a person don't know his account?
I wish i could sue womply for my loss. If anyone reading this review don’t waste you time with womply. SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR MONEY. DON’T USE WOMPLY

My name Is Shantae Thompson, I have applied for the PPP Loan under Womply 4/5/21, since then I've received only my first draw. My second draw has went from "updated bank information needed" to "Borrower Withdrawn". I've never withdrawn my application from the process. I've submitted more than a few tickets pertaining receiving my second draw. I've stated in all of my submission tickets that my original email I gave tied to my account I no longer have access to and that I'd greatly appreciate if customer service or a team member can contact me here; Thompsonshantae0*gmail.com

The process for my first draw was speedy and the 2nd I'm still waiting on. I hope we can resolve this issue and speed the process because this has affected me and my Sole Proprietorship.

after 4 months, and I sent over 2o emails, always Automatic email respond that we will contact you! but after 4 months and they did not pay my money and also wants to access my bank info. very careful, do not give them permission to have your bank access. I have to file against them over BBB.

Application had a few glitches with the recognition software (had to do it at least 5-6 times) it must be using, but other than that, it was good.
