Not even like what I ordered i was so dissapointed and I waited a long time to get it please don't order from this place scammers

SCAM! Do not buy from this seller. Not located where they claim to be - they are actually operating from China selling overpriced low quality items. Once you purchase an item you've lost already: no returns despite whatever the website tells you - if you are lucky enough to get an answer, they will argue and not moving from their position of not taking items back (or charge you full shipment to China which they claim would be greater of the value of the item you bought).
I tried to cancel my order within one hour of placing it and could not get anywhere: I tried to tell them not to ship the item as I did not want it, but they did not listen. They told me it was already processed and I could return it once delivered if not happy with it.
The jacket did not match the one advertised: too small for a M size (more like XS) and not waterproof so it went straight to the charity shop still in the packet!!

This company sounds like a SCAM. I tried to contact them. The telephone is not working, and the email is not working.
***I never buy if the seller has not incorporated PayPal payment into their business***
I made a mistake in the past, and I lost the money.

Ordered a short sleeve shirt , took nearly 3 weeks for delivery , the shirt was very poor quality , I have sent 2 emails asking how do i return the item for a refund and also sent them 2 messages , I have had zero correspondence back from the company, do not use this company or website , I feel I may have been scammed

I did not receive the Clarks sandals as advertised.

I was sent an inferior product.

Solafit still advertise the name Clarks.

This should be made illegal. It is too costly to return the sandals to China.

I made a mistake in ordering from this company as I thought it was a London company but it's not it's fake the clothes come from china and not from the UK like advertising and not worth the money that I spent.phone number fake and email address is modey trying to get refund but they expect me to pay to send back the wrong colour coat they sent me after taking weeks to arrive say away from this

This is a legitimate scam - don't trust any of the 5-star reviews, especially those featuring the word 'honestly.'

Their model seems to be misselling items using AI/stolen images as mass-produced junk, anticipating an unhappy customer/refund request, then getting you to settle for a partial refund (or even worse, discount on future purchases) and still taking some of your money. The 'clothes' they produce are so cheap and sent with the lowest-cost shipping possible, that even a 90% refund sees them still make a profit.

I had to use the 'chargeback' option from my bank/credit card to get a full refund. Their 'customer service' team did reply to my emails, but were really trying to negotiate a refund percentage I would settle for, and wanted me to send a return at my own expense (this is unlawful and they can't make you do it).

In summary, this is a large-scale scam operation designed to rip you off.

Website led me to believe they were a Nordic company but they are Chinese. I did receive the coat I ordered but the size and quality were really bad. When I requested to send the item back they said I would have to pay even though the Home Page on their website clearly stated "Free Returns within 30 days". I had to get my credit card company involved in the end.

Bought a quarter-zipped sweater, poor quality and fit. It wasn't the product in the advertisement. They sold a cheap copy! Beware they are copying branded products and selling cheap copy. A scam company!

My son ordered a pair of "steel toe capped" boots. When the boots arrived they weren't steel toe capped at all.
Asked the company for a refund; as per their refund policy (item not as described). They told me to send the boots to their Chinese address at my expense (even though their return policy stated that if the item was not as described, they would cover the cost).

The address they gave me was vague and would not show on Google maps. Sent the parcel anyway. Parcel never arrived. Never got my money back and had to pay for postage.

Worst company I've ever used.

This is an online robbery and a bunch of thieves! They stole the images of an otherwise £279.00 branded product, a cardigan. In our case the real deal would cost this much as we learned too little, too late... Image search can reveal so much unexpected truth! They do their pricing that seems reasonable for £54.95 if one doesn't know about the original item existence. Then they are sending something - with a long delay of course - that in style and in quality is nothing else but matching with the otherwise cheap budget far east online retailer where products being sold around £10-£15 I'm adding this story here on behalf of my partner. He learned a lot through his purchase nightmare. I think for a long time to come he will be simply going to walk back to the shops. Suddenly he doesn't hate the idea so much as he did before... :) Hopefully we are helping others to keep their money safe.

I purchased a coat for Christmas. It took 2 weeks to arrive it didn’t fit for some reason the arms were too short so they said they can send me a new one in a bigger size if I pay the shipping fee of 9 pound which I did i then received another coat with short arm I tried to get a full refund for both the coats but they said it wasn’t in the 30 days so I wasn’t eligible for a refund.

Purchased from this company, they used Yodel as courier and they say package was left on front doorstep of home. I never received the purchase and have no contract with the courier, the seller and courier have a contract however, the seller will not reimburse my funds or contact the courier. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS, I WISH I HAD READ REVIEWS PRIOR TO PURCHASING.

This is worst place I have ever bought item form. They sell low quality stuffs and their customer service is the worst ever. I bought a show and it looks way different from what I ordered. It also took almost 4 weeks before it arrives. I sent them and email and it took them almost 2 months to respond. And when they did they ask me to send them a picture. When j did send them, they told me I have to pay extra money to select another shoe. Absolutely ridiculous. They are not going to going to refund me but I have to send money to them so I can select another shoe.

this company is a scam there address is fake the telephone number doesnt work they dont offer refunds if you send the item to the address the guy there will just through it in the bin as solorfit not there -

Shockingly bad. I received a mans jumper, large. It actually fitted a 13 year old boy. Their response was ‘we advise that sizing may vary slightly’ but this was a significant discrepancy. When pushing for a return, they said they could not return because I had changed my mind, which I hadn’t. Really ridiculous customer service. No refund. Would urge all consumers DO NOT USE, it is like pouring money down a drain.

Missold goods; small black cardigan when I ordered it in xl blue. Item nothing like the picture on website and def not wool. Looks like a Primark bargain. DO NOT USE!

Bad experience after waiting over 6 weeks for item, nothing was received although couriers state was left on my doorstep. I have chased this with the retailer who sent me to courier who has sent me back to the retailer who clearly are not interested is looking into this matter nor issuing a refund. What a scam

Ordered was given tracking information and it never moved or ever delivered. Reported to my bank and eventually received a credit…, do not order anything as their feedback elsewhere suggests this company is a scam. Customer Service number is unobtainable!!
