I’m only putting one star, so I can write a review.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I followed their return process exactly as instructed—they provided me with a return address, and I sent the item back promptly at my expense costing me over $200. Since then, I have received zero communication from them. No acknowledgment that they received the return, no response to my messages, and most importantly, no refund.

It feels incredibly unprofessional and frustrating to be completely ignored after doing everything they asked. At this point, I’m left without the product and without my money, totaling over $700.

I would strongly caution anyone considering buying from this company. Their lack of customer service and accountability is unacceptable. Not to mention the quality of their product is terrible.

I wish I would’ve known that this was coming from overseas before ordering.

They are scam beware!!!

The product arrived in a reasonable time and was of good quality but a bit too small.

I emailed asking to exchange for a larger size - a simple request that any reputable retailer should easily accommodate.

No reply at first. Only after I wrote a second time did I get the following reply:

"Could you please send us a picture / short video (size should be a maximum of 50 MB) showing that issue so our team can check the issue and assist you accordingly?"

This indicates an obstructive rather than responsive stance. It's not up to the company to judge garment fit, it's up to the customer.

Hence this review.

Do not fall for it! I had to get help from my credit company to get my money back. After two weeks of waiting, I reached out. Got a short message it was on its way after a delay, but tracking from Day 1 never changed. Never sent. Multiple emails to cancel since it was never shipped and they kept saying can only return, not cancel. These guys are horrible. The sales guy who responded kept changing reasons. “We lost two pairs of shoes sending to you” which was a lie. And the return policy? They want you, the unsatisfied customer, to pay for the return. Worst customer experience ever. Have had dozen of email exchanges.

The worst company I've ever purchased from, if I could leave a negative 10 I would, it took well over a month to get a yellow fake suede jacket that upon opening the package 3 buttons fell out, refused to give me a full refund, and finally accepted a half refund that wound up being$10.00 short, do not purchase anything from these scam artist's claiming their out of Boston yet the cheap garment in which I'll never wear, unless I can sorrel it into a Halloween costume, came from China, how their allowed to even be in business is beyond me. Next stop the better business bureau....👿🤬😤

Falsely said shirt was linen. When received cheap polyester. Sizing was so bad asked for a return. They offered a 20% refund to keep it. They also claimed for people who “changed their mind” I would have to pay for shipping to Australia. TOTAL SCAM.

This company is a scam and fraud. They don’t even deserve a star. Products are fake and don’t look like what you see online. I ordered two items in size L but received for one of the items size XXL, and the other without any tags looking like a used cloth. I requested a return, but it took an exceptionally long time for customer service to issue the return code while trying to convince me to keep the items. Once I received the code, booom address is in Australia. I sent the items back via DHL on my own cost and provided customer service with the tracking number, which you acknowledged. Despite DHL making several delivery attempts, the package was deliberately not collected and was consequently returned to the local DHL depot. I then reminded customer service collect the items, to which they responded that the package was being monitored, yet it remained uncollected and DHL began processing return to sender.

This company is a scam and should be stopped so the others they don’t fall into the scam.

This company is a scam. Just received my shoes and it’s a cheap knock off from china. It is nothing like the pictures on their website and the definitely not genuine leather like they claim on their site.

I placed an order in October 2025. Till date have not received my order and have sent multiple reminders to their support email. No response. Lost my money with them. PLEASE BE VERY VERY VERY CAREFUL.

The are showing beautiful people dress in high quality cloth. I ordered handmade Japanese linen shirts XL size 4 pieces in Navy blue color and received polyester, low duality bright blue, yes it's showing XL but its size XS. They using story about Boston, USA but for reality it is Chines company registered in Australia. So when I ask to return the shipment, they send me Australian address and I have to pay for the shipping. Do not buy anything from that website it is Scam.

Revieved 2 pair sneakers. Allegedly, true to size. Thry were small. When I inquired about a refund, I was bait and switch numerous times for a partial refund and a purchase voucher. After over a week to get their return address, it was in Australia. Would cost $80 to return it and this was not dusvlosed anywhere. Originally,the items came from a NY address. This company is a ripoff!

I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. My experience has been extremely disappointing. The product quality was poor, and the customer service lacked integrity.
I was informed that I would receive a 30% refund and was told there was no need to return the item. However, the refund issued was significantly less than the promised 30%. This misleading practice is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company’s business ethics.

I have bought 2 jackets. And received only one jacket and this one jacket is damaged … bees sending them emails and receiving unprofessional replies from them … NEVER NEVER buy from them anything they are scammers

They advertise a shirt as linen. It was really polyester. The return policy requires a return, postage paid by customer back to Australia from the US and I can just imagine that I won’t get the money even if i send it postage paid. Stay away from this company.

First of all, never buy anything from this site.

The clothing is low quality, and doesn't fit well. When trying to return the items, they will keep trying to get some cheap deal and take the first option to twist your words and say you took it. There is then, according to them, no possible way to reset their system and give a full refund.

It is a bad practice, amd a scam when talking abour their own rules shown on the website.

Fake website

Bought 4 items from them. They sent two items I never ordered instead of the two I should have received. Their Customer disservice department is unlisted. Tried to track them down, but to no avail. This company needs to be shutdown from doing business in the US.HORRIBLE!!

DO NOT BUY I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF FROM THEM! THEY ADVERTISE PREMIUM COTTON AND SEND POLYESTER. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!
