Bad Service

I passed the challenge on 3-14-25.
Almost a month later the account still has not been set up and the tech support for the account is nearly impossible to get a hold of.

Good for research and trading - surprised this was possible.

I used the platform for financial research on insider trading - but actually found that it is a good overall trading tool which helped prevent bad choices. The result within the first three weeks was improved trading in quite a volatile market - amazing use of AI, I was not sure this would even be possible.

Cannot stop billing

I realized that this service was not anything I could use. I immediately canceled, and reached out to my credit card company for a dispute. Now I am billed again. Not able to stop the billing. Difficult to reach out and connect with the company. I am not able to logon to the the companies website.

1. If you wished to cancel your subscription, all you had to do was email us at marketing@solvent.life or call us at +1 (646) 776-4535. We operate a straightforward, no-questions-asked cancellation policy. There was absolutely no need to involve your bank. If your bank was unable to assist, it is unfortunate, but it does not reflect on our policies or practices.

2. It’s important to note that you purchased Solvent GPT, which is unrelated to our prop trading firm. You’ve mistakenly left your review on the wrong page, which creates an inaccurate portrayal of our services for others.

3. We take pride in our customer support, responding to all inquiries within 24 hours—often within the first hour. Unfortunately, our system shows no record of you reaching out to us for assistance. If you had contacted us, your cancellation would have been processed immediately without any hassle.

We kindly ask that you provide your email so we can investigate this further and ensure your concerns are fully addressed. Additionally, we urge you to correct your review to reflect the correct product and experience. Transparency and fairness are key to maintaining trust with all our users.
