The Solvexmedia team exceeded every expectation we could have for a CRO team. The website and landing page turned out phenomenal. The best part was their communication was seamless and they executed incredibly efficiently. This was one of the best decisions we’ve made for our company. Highly recommended!

Solvexmedia and Kam are a team that actually deliver. I have been burned by agencies in the past but I can say we confidence these guys are the best when it comes to CRO. Kam's expertise is truly unmatched and it was reflected in our work. Across the landing pages he built us our conversions went up 34% and he built them all in less than 3 weeks - all custom. Highly highly recommend.

I’ve written a few reviews during this process, but this will be my final one, and I’ll be leaving it up so others can make an informed decision.
I want to start by saying that Kam is very consistent when it comes to communication. He reaches out regularly and does a good job making you feel like he’s actively working on improving your website. Unfortunately, that level of communication did not translate into the quality of work that was delivered.
If you’re someone who understands web design principles and knows what should be implemented, but simply lack the technical skills to execute it yourself, you’ll likely notice the mistakes very quickly.
From the beginning, the design was completely off-brand. The colors were wrong, the text styling didn’t match what I provided, and the overall direction ignored the references and instructions I sent. I repeatedly showed examples of cohesive designs I liked and asked for something similar, but the final result never reflected that.
There were several mistakes that, in my opinion, were very basic or novice-level design errors.
When I left an honest review expressing that I wasn’t happy with the outcome, Kam did reach out and offered a discount if I removed the review. He also issued a partial refund. The original cost was $4,000, and the total amount refunded was $1,600 after negotiation.
To be fair, I did accept the partial refund and chose not to dispute the full charge or pursue complaints across multiple platforms. I simply don’t have the time to go through that process.
However, I do feel it’s important for potential customers to understand what their experience might be like.
Kam is responsive. He communicates well. He makes you feel like progress is being made. But in my experience, the actual work fell short of what was promised.
For example, early into the project, I requested a very simple update to the hero section of the website. This request was made multiple times since the start of the project in November. Now.. here we are, well into the month of March, and it still hasn’t been completed.
At this point, I’m just going to make the website work on my own, but overall I’m disappointed with the experience. I personally don’t feel the service was worth the investment, and the final result did not match what was originally promised.
I truly hate having to leave a review like this, but I believe transparency matters so that others can make an informed decision before investing.

Kam truly wants to help and goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied. He doesn't get upset with you if you have multiple edits. By far, the easiest company to work with. We had some difficult coding and Solvexmedia nailed it! Then we had some additional issues with Shoppay, the team went out of their way to make sure this worked properly, and we were satisfied. Highly recommend Solvexmedia!

Kam and his team came up with a great design for my Shopify store. It was beautiful and optimized for conversions. His team has the rare combination of good design sense and an understanding of e-commerce. Overall this team is reliable, responsive and super easy to work with. Highly recommend.

We have been working with Kam and Solvexmedia for many years. When we first looked for a Shopify developer, many of them gave up on our project, stating it was too complicated. Kam was the only person who truly listened and understood. I have not seen another site with the functionality like ours.
Our wish is that Kam can be multiplied and it can be more affordable but like all things, we are getting stretched so we know delegation needs to happen and have budgeted for his services as he and his team are important to ensuring our website is in operations and updated.

Kam was very communicative throughout the process and deadlines were met on time very happy with the way everything turned out! Definitely helped with my conversions and the website help build lots of trust for the customers.

Lower CAC, higher ROAS, and a funnel that actually guides people to buy. I gave Kam the entire keys to the business ads, cro, and emails. Revenue year to date has increased by $1.6 million.

Working with SolvexMedia has been a game-changer for our brand. They took the personality of Mad Candles and translated it into a site that feels clear, elevated, and unmistakably us. The branding is consistent from top to bottom, and the whole experience feels intentional and cohesive.

From a CRO perspective, the site is dialed in. Navigation is simple, product pages load fast, and every section is built to guide customers deeper into the funnel without feeling forced. Shoppers can move from discovery to purchase with almost no friction, which was a huge priority for us.

Kam at solvexmedia is a true professional! This company is by far the best I’ve ever dealt with, their design process is unmatched. It felt like I didn’t even have to tell them about the product for them to know instantly the message I was trying to portray with the site. Another big thing to note is their ability to respond to any needs with the speed and care that they do is astounding, I’ve never waited longer than a couple hours to get a swift response and fix for any tweaks I want to make to my site! Kam and the Solvexmedia team were great to work with. They helped us build a website from the ground up, focused on maximizing our conversion rate. Because this was a new build, we had a ton of revision requests as we were still figuring out our own brands identity. Kam and his team were always patient with us and worked quickly, despite our lack of clarity on exactly what we wanted.

Kam and his team are true professionals. They are (IMO) the best at designing eye-catching, modern websites. This is my first Shopify store and I truly believe they knocked it out of the park. They were very responsive to any edits/suggestions I had as well.

Kam and Solvex came recommended to me from a business contact of mine. Saw his portfolio of work and that's all I needed to jump in with them. I have previously worked with 2 different developers for my website, and nothing has come close to the speed and quality I've experienced with Solvex. I had multiple revisions, updates, tweaks, etc, and each round of revisions was completed within a day or two. Development was much faster than expected. Communication was excellent. But most importantly, they understand conversion metrics, which is what sets them apart from any other developer I've worked with. Will be referring people to Solvex 100%, super happy overall.

Updated March 2026: Kam attempted to have this review removed by reporting it to Trustpilot. However, I’ve successfully verified my status as a legitimate customer and provided a meeting summary where Kam explicitly admits to the missing deliverables.

We recently engaged Solvexmedia for our website project, and unfortunately, it has been one of the most significant setbacks for our startup. Kam made ambitious promises but failed to deliver on them and was frequently unavailable for meetings. Feedback we provided required numerous reminders before it was addressed. Both myself and the other co-founders were taken aback by the quality of the work.

We were expected to launch our website this week, but Kam assumed we would handle the migration ourselves without any guidance. What was intended to be a three-week project has now stretched to five months, and the final result is deeply disappointing. There are inconsistencies with alignment, truncated visuals, and misaligned text and graphics, which make the site look unprofessional.

I regret taking the referral's advice and choosing to work with Kam. I am available to discuss this further if needed. Please feel free to reach out.

Let me just start off by saying WOW. Kam and his team far surpassed my expectations. First of all, he would respond to my emails, even on Saturday nights, so the responsiveness was amazing. They asked numerous questions about the business and what type of branding I was shooting for. He then worked with me until the design was perfect. After we launched the website, my conversions went THROUGH THE ROOF. Not only was it a clean website, but I was making more sales than ever before.
