I love ALL your products. I wouldn't be without them.

I have been using these products for many years now but haven’t recently been disappointed with the service. I have products on subscription and for the last few months I have not been sent the cream cleanser, with no explanation. I have contacted them and haven’t had a personal response but have been refunded for one of the missing cleansers. I can see on the website this cleanser is always out of stock but I would have appreciated them telling me or replying to me. I do really like their products but have now found another cleanser

I love these creams. Helped clear up my eczema. Not so keen on the cleanser so tend not to use it but the creams are fab.
Small packaging thing.. it would be good if the tubes or lids were more of a difference in colour! I get them

Normally very satisfied. However the last 2 deliveries have been short of day cream but charged. The first time the monies returned quickly not so the second time it took at 3 emails to get a response. Am apprehensive about the next scheduled delivery.

The products are good, but the customer service could improve: I have tried to contact the company about a missing product in my latest order via both the email address listed on my order and the one on the website.

In my latest order, one product had been crossed out with a pen without any explanation and yet I was still charged for that product on 24th February. I'd understand if it were out of stock but the lack of warning or explanation, and the fact I was still charged for it is not great.

What is worse is I have yet to receive a reply to my query regarding this order (I sent the first email on the 26th February). I have read some other other reviews and it seems it isn't the first time emails have not been replied to (so maybe the company should make sure to check the spam folder regularly if that is where customers' emails end up).

I love the cleanser. I have excema on my face and neck and this is so soothing and smells lovely. I sometimes use it as a mask and just leave it on. It never irritates my skin. Highly recommend.

I rarely leave reviews, but Sönd genuinely deserves the time.

From the first use, the quality of the formulation is obvious. The texture, absorption, and finish feel considered and premium, with none of the heaviness or irritation that often comes with supposedly “luxury” skincare. Everything feels balanced, calm, and effective, which is exactly what good skincare should be.

What really stands out is that Sönd clearly prioritises formulation integrity over marketing gimmicks. The products feel thoughtfully developed, results-focused, and refreshingly honest. My skin looks healthier, feels more comfortable, and responds well even with consistent daily use.

Delivery was prompt, packaging was understated and elegant, and the overall brand experience feels confident rather than flashy. It is rare to find a skincare brand that delivers on both performance and restraint, but Sönd manages it effortlessly.

An excellent brand doing things properly. I will absolutely continue using their products and would recommend them without hesitation.

I have the serum and cleanser on subscription. Great products for my skin which used to become inflamed due to my rosacea. The service is great!

I have used Sond tablets for many years now .. I recently had a break from them as I was out of the country .. I definitely did not have the same energy and zest without them and interestingly I got a bad cold which I never have when I’m taking them ! Highly recommend these pills …

I love this facewash, it is not cheap but suits my skin and one tube lasts ages

This is a brilliant spot and blemish treatment roller. I’ve bought and used this multiple times and always come back to it whenever I have a break out. Yes it’s small but it lasts a long time as you only need a very small amount.

It's been two years and I still haven't recieved nor my package nor a reply to my emails.

Website is easy to use and products arrive quickly. Products are great, help with several skin issues from break outs to soothing sensitive skin.

Sönd Skincare makes my skin SO soft. And it feels really clean and healthy, without any of the dryness or redness that I so often experience from other brands. Much recommended!
