I bought a car from sonny Adam’s 2 months ago the process of buying the car was extremely easy and straightforward

However after the purchase I had minor issues with my car such as tyre sensor and my folding mirrors not folding, Mert the salesperson handled every situation professionally without any hesitating, he made sure I was super happy with his service hence why I left this review. Thank you

Appalling service! Dont go near! Firstly I was told there were other customers interested in the car I wanted to test drive and was encouraged to pay a refundable fee of £100 to reserve the car. When i arrived they advised that two other customers had also paid £100 to reserve! I decided against the car and informed them last Sunday and was told that it would take 3 to 5 working days from then. My payment was only processed yesterday and that it would take 3 to 5 working days from yesterday. Bad service!!!

⚠️ Very disappointing experience - Go elsewhere

I purchased a car from Sonny Adam Ltd for £15,250 and experienced multiple faults shortly after purchase. The dealership took the car back for around a week to address the issues, but returned it with additional warning lights that were not present when I handed it over.

The car was also returned with stains and marks from spills that were not mine, despite having only recently been professionally valeted. The courtesy car provided was initially not MOT’d, and I repeatedly had to chase them regarding insurance costs they had agreed to cover.

I am now having to formally reject the vehicle and pursue a refund, which I am legally entitled to under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Despite this, the dealership has so far refused to agree to the refund and is requiring the vehicle to be returned for further inspection before they decide their next steps.

For a £15K+ purchase, I expected a much more professional and competent service. Sadly, my experience has been extremely disappointing and, based on the other reviews, unfortunately not surprising. I would not recommend this dealership and would advise potential buyers to look elsewhere.

I will update this review accordingly depending on how the dealership chooses to resolve this matter.

Bought an X-Trail from the company. First time I had not bought from a main dealer but have been very pleased with the car. Great service and value and would buy from them again.

This company breaks GDPR left previous owner of the cards debit card details birth certificate and much more in the car which means they didn't clean it Avoid Unless you want your personal data leaked

Good old Adam sorted everything out what a guy worth his weight in gold look after him!! A very rare asset to any business 😊

AVOID if you want to get messed around when part exchanging your car. I brought a £20,000 car from them and they seemed all good and very helpful with the purchase but the aftercare was atrocious we was told our finance will be settled straight away and the remaining money will be transferred straight over we had to hassle them and call them over 3 days just to get the money transferred to us and then after asking if the finance has been settled I was assured it was until a payment had come out my bank meaning they hadn’t settled it I then called to ask and their response was we have until the 4th August to settle it after telling me it was settled a week before hand. They would only answer messages and emails when it come to them making money and had no aftercare whatsoever, we was also told they had ordered some headrests which was missing from the new car on 12th July and they would message when they had arrived but have not heard anything since and when questioned the answer is still waiting for them to arrive

OUTSTANDING SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH. I cannot thank the team at Sonny Adams enough for such a fantastic experience. We purchased a car from them and we dealt with extremely professional, thoughtful and considerate staff. Will 100% be using them again for future sales and purchases. Customer service was incredible and the car is great!

If I could give this company a minus star review, I would. I originally wrote a really long review but I’ve decided to keep this brief in the hope that people will read it and avoid.

Was sold a dangerous car with MOT defects not rectified. Sunroof was faulty. Car was delivered after 10 pm when should have arrived the day previous in the morning. Food all over interior. Sales staff lied about problems with a car and delivery however someone on the phone slipped up that there was an alignment issue - which suddenly went away when we complained. When we received the car, there was a clear alignment issue as one of the front panels had been shunted back. Nail in the tyre.
We rejected the car upon delivery, but they took two days to collect it. And then a further two weeks to refund our £7000.

A month after rejecting this car, I receive a logbook through the post. I send it back as instructed. A month after that, I have a fine through for the DVLA as the car is being driven without tax.

On top of the safety issues with a car I was asked to drive it back over 200 miles myself with my two young children in the car. I was accused of causing the issues because we asked for a quick delivery upon purchasing. The sales staff particularly Matt was incredibly rude, passive aggressive and ultra defensive.

I’ve truly never dealt with such a horrendous company at every return.

Deep rooted issues in customer service, quality of vehicle, transparency, and honesty.

They are now currently refusing to deal with my complaint or fine, and have refused multiple requests to speak to a manager.

I’ll make it my mission so that no one else gets stung by Sonny Adams.

Came to pick up a car last week and Mertt who was dealing with me was great. He made the process extremely smooth. Overall an amazing service.

My cousin pick up a Hyundai and the service was great will definitely be going to their new office/showroom in Welwyn garden city. They’re amazing top service wide variety etc
