Felt good while wearing, but did nit help with congestion afterwards

I've just used the product a few times.
It seems to be loosening mucus in my face.
I was just at the doctor and they said my sinuses were good.
I went to the chiropractor from there and she could feel and hear stuff crackling in my face when she massaged it.
My point is, it is worth trying, despite what a medical doctor says!
I can feel stuff moving in my face, the chiropractor could feel and hear stuff in my face, yet the doctor said my sinuses looked good.
I am very hopeful that my results continue to improve with the use of this mask!

I ordered the thermorelief mask three weeks ago and although I have received a confirmation number and email, the product has still not been shipped. I am awaiting a response to my recent message to them regarding this matter. If it resolves, I will update this review, but I'm concerned I may not be receiving this item and out of money.

It works really well and heats up quickly. Just the proper device for which I was looking.

It really helps my sinuses. Wonderfully warm and easy to use once you've figured out the correct side to put on your face! (Not the shiny side) Bit of adjustments for cheek sinuses too but it's really helped me so far.

The Soovera ThermoRelief Heated Mask did nothing to relieve my husband's sinus issues. So, when I asked to return the mask for a refund (within their 60 day full refund policy), I was advised that since I would be paying to ship the mask back to China, the postage would be more than the cost of the mask. Instead they offered me a refund of 30% of the purchase price in lieu of shipping the mask back. So, a full refund if not satisfied is really not an option. Buyer beware!

I have chronic sinusitis. My body generally has adverse reactions to medication. I do take something herbal and use herbal sprays. My sinuses are often swollen and I have a lot of mucus. This seems to be really helping, and I’m using the meds and sprays a lot less. I’m glad I bought it.

Holes for eyes could be a bit wider apart and slightly bigger. I think it’s one size fits all in design. But, pleasant to use. Early days for me to access results.

I ordered the facemask to help with sinus pressure. I was surprised when payment went thru The Netherlands and shipment was from China! When I ordered I was concerned about the power supply but since it came from overseas, it made sense. I had a plug to use in the wall outlet that works best for me. The heat was consistent and I felt a difference in the sinus pressure. I ordered 2 and expect to give 2nd one as a gift. You cannot wear glasses during use.

My only minor issue is likely specific to me, as I have a very high nose bridge; if I secure the mask too tightly to line up the eyeholes, it can feel a bit uncomfortable on that part of my face. However, I’ve found that if I just wear it a bit more loosely and don’t worry about perfectly aligning my eyes with the cutouts, it’s still incredibly effective and soothing. Not only me, but my husband—who also suffers from migraines—tested it, and we absolutely loved the product. product is as claimed. helps relax inflamed nasal passages. Only drawback is it doesn't sit tight against my cheek sinuses. but small issue.
