Company is not reputable. Needs to be closed down - wife has ordered from this company and like others shows it delivered 2 times and never arrived. Had trust in their response and tried to deliver to my place of business and same result, shipped 2 times, delivered 2 times, and never actually received a thing.

Going on 60 days for 1st refund and they say they are refunding the 2nd order. We will see if that actually happens as well.

Placed an order thru tik tok, never received claimed delivered. Reached out to the company a second package claimed shipped and delivered also never received! Been steadily emailing demanding a refund and of course that never been received either! Nothing but a scam!! Do not recommend

Don’t be like me and assume it’s a good company just because they partnered with TikTok!!!
I ordered $43 worth of clothes at the very beginning of March. My stuff never got delivered, so I reached out to customer service. They offered to send it a second time, but yet again was not delivered. I asked for a full refund and they told me they can only give me a 70% refund since they “lost product” from this too. I’m glad I’m at least getting some of my money back, but still! This was supposed to be me treating myself to a bit of shopping for the first time in a LONG while, and now I’m out money I could’ve spent elsewhere. Please never use this company ever!!!

I never received my package they were supposed to resend my package guess what I received an email stating that I received my package guess what I didn’t receive it for a second time, I’m pissed off.

If I could give zero stars I would. Never received my product and zero customer service interaction due to having been given a disconnected phone number for service and the shipper is claiming the product was delivered. It's been almost 2 months since my order was placed and they claim it was delivered 2 days ago. Never will purchase again!

Very disappointed with this purchase. The product I received looks nothing like the pictures-completely different design, poor quality, and cheap material.
I tried contacting customer service, and at first I received automated replies that seemed to come from a robot. After that, they stopped responding completely. I've been trying to return the item and get a refund, nut no one is answering my messages anymore. This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this seller to anyone.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I KNOW I ordered from the correct store as the email being mentioned below is the one on my confirmation order. I received the goods yesterday…and not only is the quality appalling, it doesn’t match the pics or sizing. I’ve emailed twice but had NO response. I can promise that if I don’t get a response and a full refund, my life’s mission will be to use social media to put this company out of business and to send regulators after them to shut them down!

Cheap Cheap Cheap clothing! It's a scam. The seems are coming apart and I have worn it once. Honestly the minute you take it out of the package you will feel totally ripped off.

Items are garbage and their advertised “60 Day Money Back” guarantee is not honoured. Also if you follow the return link on the website; there is no mention of customer being responsible for $80 shipping fees back to China. I have exchanged 10+ emails with Sophie; she now claims they can’t find my order on my last review. I wish I could share photos of the clothes I received; they don’t even look like what I ordered. THIS IS A SHEIN DROPSHIPPING SITE. Like the customer below, I purchased based on photos of a “closing sale” in Toronto. I ordered a pink medium linen shirt and received a large cotton shirt instead, different in style from the photo, from Asia several weeks later. SCAM!

This company is a SCAM. I have seen multiple companies with this name now saying they are moving locations and there is a big blow out sale. One says they are moving from toronto to vancouver and the other says it’s US based. My payment went to Asia…I ordered two items and they came with no tags, very low quality and one of the orders i got was incorrect. I contacted the company and got 1 reply and then was ghosted once I asked for a refund. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

As other have commented, I tried to return a dress which did not fit and was told I would have to return to China at a minimum cost of $80.00 and hope that it is received and meets their return standards.
They did offer to refund me $14.00 (20% of a $70.00 purchase - Wow!)

This company is NOT based in Canada. the website I ordered from stated it was closing out in there Toronto, On. Location. Took me forever to receive product and its 100% Temu / Shein quality. It stated full refund if not satisfied NOPE I must pay a wack load of money to send to China - never ever order from here!!!

This company does not have a store in Toronto. They are an online store that ships from China. They change their name suggesting that they must move to Vancouver. I bought clothes under a previous name. The quality was reasonable but it is falsely stating that they are a Canadian store. The website has only existed since 2025.

I was honestly blown away by how flattering the Sienna dress turned out to be. As someone with curves, I’m usually hesitant to order clothing online, but this exceeded every expectation. The cut is elegant without being too tight, the fabric is breathable, and the length hits just right—modest but still feminine. I wore it to a summer wedding and got so many compliments. I’ll absolutely be ordering in more colors!
