I drank a cup of the chocolate elixir and then listened to a concert I could hear through my window. The effects of the elixir were mild, but noticeable. They made the concert sound clear, despite being far away. I felt calm and happy, which has been unusual for me for a while.
I've also been microdosing for the past week with the sample packs. I didn't notice them doing much other than decreasing my appetite until today, when I realized my chronic depression/anxiety is decreasing and my overall mental state is improved.
