I also want to thank you for taking this path with such sincerity. It’s clear you weren’t seeking an escape, but genuine healing — and that kind of courage deserves acknowledgment.

That said, I do want to gently revisit the dosage you began with. Although Inner Peace is one of our gentler blends, 350mg is considered a very high starting dose, especially for someone navigating PTSD or emotional intensity. For many, this can overstimulate the nervous system — which is exactly what you described.

Before your first journey, we shared guidance with you to begin at a lower dose, and also included information about medication interactions and an emergency support contact, just in case. We were with you as much as we could — and I’m so sorry it still felt that way in the moment.

You didn’t do anything wrong, Elisa. You simply began with more than your system could safely hold — and that’s okay. If and when you ever feel ready to try again, we’d be honored to help you craft a much gentler, safer journey that truly supports your healing.

And if you feel that any part of your experience with us — whether it was the support, our communication, or how we held you during this time — was meaningful or helpful in some way, we’d be deeply grateful if you might consider updating your review to reflect that.
