Ordered a piano and received incredible service. Very responsive and provided plenty of updates trying organise delivery.

5 days just for an order to even be processed, terrible customer service, no interaction at all, definitely will never use agai.

Rang because item was out of stock and to let me know when it was due in.

Next day delivery .. what i ordered was out of stock the guys rang me up and offered me alternative stock instead which was very helpful and appreciated. Great costomer service. Will shop here again. Highly recommend.

Superb company to deal with. Shipping was alot quicker than I anticipated, my bodhran was extremely well packed and arrived in perfect condition.

I popped in to buy a guitar as a present with no knowledge.

I was assisted by Jonathan who listed to what I was looking for and guided me through the options based on the parameters I gave him.

He was thorough, patient and kind and took took time for me to make my decision. He assisted me further in making sure the instrument was in tune and getting the accessories I requested to accompany the guitar and ordered a song book that I been looking for.

I couldn’t recommend Jonathan or the Sound Ship more.

I ordered some items which were shown as being in stock. After 4 days when there was no sign of anything arriving, and no facility to track delivery, I rang to enquire about the order. The person who answered the call had no information so took my details for someone else to call me back. I received no phone call by the end of that day. I rang again the next day and was told that the items weren't actually in stock and it would take a number of weeks. I cancelled the order. I had made the conscious decision on this occasion to use an Irish online retailer if they ha what I needed. I will be sticking with Thomann from now on, where the service is always reliable.

Speedy delivery, when an item wasn't available they gave me a more expensive one for the same price

Availability of items..delivery a bit slow but arrived in time..price matched overseas suppliers prices..items of v good quality.

Visited the Sound Shop for the first time today 17/11/23. I bought a Tenor Ukulele. I was looked after by Jonathan. What a gentleman. His knowledge and expertise was first class. He went out of his way to look after me. A great experience. I'll be back

I ordered books and whistles from the sound shop, it was simple and easy to order on line
One book came but the rest of my order didn't
When I called and expressed my concerns, Jonathon was so helpful, patient and kind and the issue was resolved.
It's so nice to meet people Who care and take the time to listen and talk with you.
