Soursop Australia レビュー

The customer service was Amazing!!!

Talking to the owner of the business via the phone, was a big plus for me,questions I asked were answered, therefore more informed.Thank you for your time!

Really happy with the tea I got the leaves and the tea bags. I've been boiling the tea every morning and drinking through out the day. I've noticed my energy return and generally I feel good. Service was good and packaging is good too.

Good communication,order processing and delivery.

I deleted my last comment because I made a mistake as I reviewed SourSop drops which I bought somewhere else, sorry, but purchased the teabags here and couldn't be happier, actually feel better after just a few days, have just ordered 2 more packets, prompt delivery, fresh product, great! will keep buying from you, thanks.

Very prompt delivery from time order placed.

The soursop leaves were fresh. They were sealed in individual packs of 50. The product was easy to find and delivery was quick. Have been purchasing from them for quite a while and their service is excellent.

Responded quick to my order and fast delivery

Good service ad enjoyed the taste

Even though there was a bit of a mishap with the delivery—Australia Post took almost 3 weeks to get the package to Perth—I finally received my soursop tea. Glenn was amazing throughout the whole process, always communicative and reassuring. He let me know that if the package didn’t arrive, he’d be happy to issue a refund. His responses were always timely, friendly, and professional.

As for the tea, it arrived well-packaged, sealed, and clean. To my surprise, it tastes a bit like green tea (just my personal opinion!), but I’m still very happy with it. Overall, it was a positive and pleasant experience—thank you Soursop Australia and Glenn!

Quality product and quick turn around delivery. Very happy with my purchase.

I'm not sure if the product is working on controlling cancer but the company and the service is first class. I love where I can talk to an Aussie and it is an Aussie company. Lovely people

It’s a great product

Your office did NOT put our street address on the parcel. I had to trace it to different Post Office in our area until I found it

Rang the phone number after business hours on the off chance and Glen answered, couldn't have been anymore helpful and we talked for around 40 minutes. Great guy to deal with who had a genuine interest in your health and willing to share any of his knowledge with you.

works well.

I got what I asked for, well packed, quick delivery.

Great product. Easy to order and arrives quickly.

Easy to order online, great product and fast delivery
